Hemsidan visar felaktigt att de har panel på lager.
Det stod på hemsidan att de hade den bastupanel på lager när jag beställde för 11 dagar sen. Har nu varit i kontakt med dom ett antal ggr och påpekat att det står felaktigt på hemsidan men de säger bara att det är slut på lager då så många beställt (vilket förstås beror på att de skrivit att det finns på lager) och att det beror på byråkrati att de inte får nya paneler. De ändrar dock inte på hemsidan.

Ich habe am 1.3. Saunabankmodule und eine Saunatür bestellt. Alles laut Onlineshop lieferbar. Mittlerseile sind 7 Wochen vergangen und ich habe immer noch keine Ware. Mehrfach habe ich angerufen oder mails geschickt. Leider werde ich immer weiter vertröstet. Mittlerseile geht niemand mehr ans Telefon wenn ich anrufe. Mails werden nicht beantwortet. Ich werde das Geld jetzt von meinem Kreditkartenanbieter zurück fordern. Nie wieder!!!

Definately less than one star. Ordered in the first week of February, for the UK, a steam room door. They told me it would take 4 week it is two months now and they are not answering or returning emails. Ricko originaly emailed me telling me the time scale and has since dissappeared. No product received. No contact made. No refund given. They do not answer phone. Order no. 202602318

After a month, I'm still waiting for my Saunainter order
Disappointed with Saunainter, I placed an order on March 3, 2026, for my mother, Luisa Andre, order number: #S202603180, and I'm still waiting. The worst part isn't even that; the worst part is that after trying to contact them via WhatsApp and email, I haven't received any response, not even an explanation for the delay.
I hope they can improve their service. In the meantime, I'll keep waiting :(
Important note: At the time of purchase, the website clearly stated "in stock."

Great quality
Price was ok, but what really made my day was the quality of the wood deliverd.
Really great and though the driver had some trouble communicating, I was contacted to check for delivery.
Imorovements could be to send an Email earlier about the delivery date.
Regrettably, two of the parts were damaged by nails that hold the transport frame.
I may be able to hide the damages by properly arranging the parts.

j'ai commandé un générateur de vapeur qui soit disant était disponible.Saunainter me contacte pour me dire qu'il fallait attendre un mois avant de l'avoir et me conseillent alors un modéle identique cette fois en stock.Je reçois le colis dans les délais mais ce générateur est en triphasé alors que le modéle d'origine était en monophasé...Je leur explique le probléme, et me disent qu ils me rappellent, cela fait dix jours que j'attends leur appel et qu'ils ne répondent plus au téléphone ni au mail.Je suis extrémement décu.A suivre...
