Since buying a sauna heater is not easy, I needed help and I was guided to the right heater and the accessories. And it shipped out quickly and we are awaiting arrival.

We got our sauna as planned and even before the arrival period that was promised. I have a two little splits in wood on insignificant places to report but have not gotten around to it as we just installed it. The sauna is amazing and the sales team was very helpful

The process of deciding on the model of sauna and payment was made easy with the help from John. We are just in the order confirmation stage of the process but so far have been very satisfied with experience.

Krizza was the best! I forgot to purchase Rock for my sauna and she called and added it to the order sent me a link and I was able to resolve the issue the next morning without having to deal with sourcing them separately or paying for extra shipping.

I love my Finnmark Infrared Sauna. I did have to wait a while to receive it because the sauna vendor is not located within the US, but the Nordica Sauna representatives were great at keeping me up to date on my shipment date. If you are looking for a very good quality infrared sauna that can get hotter than 130F then look no further than the Finnmark brand. I can personally attest to sitting in it at 155F and it goes up to 170F. Nordica Sauna also had the best pricing on it.
