Ordered a Sauna through Nordica Sauna and cannot be more impressed with their customer service and support through the entire process! We had some issues with the sauna delivery not being able to make it to our house due to a recent heavy snowfall but Krizza our customer support rep was top notch with their communication and ultimately resolving our delivery issues. They were also able to send a replacement part for a piece of the kit that was damaged along the way and also get us in contact with an installation professional to answer additional questions not covered in the installation kit instructions. Nordica Sauna goes above and beyond and would highly recommend ordering a sauna kit through them, they have your back!

Matthew was very helpful with my Finnmark FD-4 order.

The sauna was easy to put together as instructions were detailed and clear. The sauna works as advertised, heats up quickly and has been a great addition to our excercise room.

Delivery was well coordinated and confirmed ahead of time. The 2-person delivery team was very friendly and brought the palette to the bottom of my driveway without issue.

Nordica Sauna made my purchase of our golden Designs full spectrum sauna extremely easy from the start, first off by being very helpful with all my questions about the many different types of units that they offer also I was looking for a certain size unit to fit into a particular area of my house, my rep Eric was very helpful and responsive in getting me all the needed information, which was very helpful for me making my purchase.

Great people to deal with, ordered a Finnmark FD-3 and they reached out and asked me questions, I asked them questions. Sauna is 2 months out but that's not on their end. Hopefully it is a good sauna.

Krizza was an excellent communicator and very thorough!

Our experience was 6/5. From sales to delivery. Communication at every point was spot on. We received our 3 man Lugano Sauna and put it together with great ease (some pieces are heavier than others but with 2 able people, no problem!). We used it for the first time today (we needed to wait for electrician to install a designated line). We never used a sauna that did not have steam, we purchased the infrared option and really love it! Takes about 15 minutes to reach 145 degrees in our cold garage with outside temp in the high 30s. The Bluetooth speakers are clear and so easy to pair with our phone. So thrilled with our purchase and highly recommend Nordica; their customer service was excellent!!!!
