Attenzione Truffa!!comprato un tiragrafio da 40 euro ma mai mi è arrivato.
Mi hanno mandato una traccia di spedizione fittizia che lo seguivo che diceva la merce partita da Cina e doveva arrivare a Roma ma dopo un mese che la traccia mi ha avvisato che la merce arrivata ma non èra vero non mi era arrivato mi hanno fregato è un sito di Truffa!!

Like so many people I have received faulty motorcycle gloves that do not work. After spending £69.00 on these I am very angry with The AI customer chat bot which is designed to detur customers from trying to get a refund. Having followed all the instructions I find no more compensation and no more help from this scammer company. Lesson well learnt. Do not use this company .

Ordered heated gloves. They were faulty. Was offered 30% refund or return to China at my cost and then a full refund.

Order a product which I found on a well know provider 80% cheaper. Asked for instructions on how to return the item. Was then promised 30% refund if I kept product . Agreed to this. 5 weeks later and umpteen emails. Still no refund. Would definitely not recommend. Lack of communication

Order 2 pairs of ear plugs, only received 1 once delivered. Contacted and initially tried offering 10% back despite only half the order being fulfilled. Still trying to get a refund for not providing what was bought. Would not recommend, seems to be an absolute scan.

Purchased a VaciTrack for vehicle. Lasted one use then stopped sucking. Initially tried to get a refund, having sent a video and numerous emails and the promise of an exchange and then a refund, to date nothing has happened. I have now instigated a chargeback on credit card. This is, as everyone is saying, a scam company. They obviously use stalling tactics when it comes to refunds. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY PLATFORM THEY USE

I ordered a projector as a Christmas present for a family member on 8th December, knowing it might be tight for postage but it was a good deal. It took over 10 days to confirm that it was in transit and then it got stuck somewhere! I chased and chased, every reply said it was out for delivery but by the end of Jnauary I gave up and asked for a refund. It is now early March, I have no product and still no refund. Every e-mail about a refund says it is in process! I work in retail and know a card refund takes up to 5 days once actioned. Avoid this seller/website at all costs.

Terrible experience with Saveoffer.co.uk!! Bought my 8 year old son a CelesNout telescope which at £89.00 on an offer down from £178.00. Ordered it on 7th December. Firstly it arrived on 3rd of January. So too late for Christmas. I said I would keep it for February for his birthday. Opened it up, minimal instructions. Got it set up as best I could. It looked the part but was useless. We could see virtually nothing out of it. I had 3 year warranty and contacted customer care for a refund, sent a video and everything and have now been ignored!! Too much money to be throwing away and I’m very annoyed!!! So please do not but of this website!!!!

I got exactly what I ordered and it arrived in good time. I was informed regularly on the dispatch and transport and have no complaints.

I have received the order now and all ok.

I was duped into a purchase from a fake comparison site.
This company is not "uk", but based in HongKong.
As soon as I realised, (within 24h) I emailed them requesting a cancellation and refund.
I received a prompt, polite and helpful response. Over the next 2 days, my order was cancelled and the money returned, with excellent communication throughout.
I cannot speak to the quality of the goods I would have received, but the customer service was 5*.
Unfortunately their business model: phishing via a fake comparison site, is not worthy of stars at all, so I have given 3* on the basis of a fair and prompt refund and great customer service agent.

Wish I could give zero stars - and wish I had read these reviews first. Ordered a heated gilet. Quality was awful, really thin and although I ordered an XXL, it was so small. I asked for a refund and they replied to my initial emails but then nothing - all communication stopped. As others have said, this looks like a British company but is in Hong Kong so really stuck. Just hope enough people read these reviews and stop buying from them.

They advertised an outside security camera, weatherproof etc. however when it arrived the package says do not put in a damp area and the wires are not waterproof. Emailed them they asked for photos so sent photos of the box and they have ignored us.. Scammers

Order arrived late, not well packaged so straight away I asked to return, I hadn't opened the package. CS came back and offered me 7% to keep the order but I said no. Since then nothing, no communication at all, I have found other reviews that say the same thing. Site looks genuine and British but they are from Hong Kong so there is nothing I can do but hope others see this and don't fall for it!!

As previous customer had reported, I purchased an OsicClear unit from Saveoffer via links on a "Best of" comparison site. In tracking the order 2 weeks later, the Saveoffer site claims my order number does not exist. The Contact us form on their site does not work, so there is no means of talking to them . I am attempting a refund via my bank, but not sure if this will succeed

I was in the process of adding a discount code on their website when the order was placed. I immediately sent a message via their form to cancel and have sent numerous since. No response except order is ready to ship. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I purchased heated gloves with lithium rechargeable batteries When they arrived the battery case was for normal AA batteries of which you need 6 to use both gloves. At first they responded quickly asking for pictures. Then they apologised and offered a 15% refund. This I declined stating I did not wish to keep replacing batteries and could they either supply correct batteries or a refund They then said it would be passed onto management for assessment. Having not had a reply I then requested a full refund and information as to how the gloves could be returned. This request has been ignored

Scam website that proposes to be a UK based company, reels you in with a professional looking add for a product and uses shopify to dupe you into thinking its a genuine seller. Luckily you have the ability to raise a charge back on your account easily these days! Do nit buy from this company. You will, if you are lucky, receive cheaply made rip off products months after ordering OR never receive anything at all!

Like everyone else has reported so far, I made a purchase under the belief that I was buying from a UK based company. Their marketing and website domain are clearly misleading as they are based in China and not in the UK. After finding one of their products at the top of the rating list on a UK comparison website, I ordered it in good faith on 18/12/25. It is called OsicClear and is meant to be an ultrasound cleaner for dental retainers. Their promise was that it would be delivered in time for Christmas. As I had not hear anything from them I wrote to them on 20/12/25. They replied very quickly and I replied back to request a cancellation of the order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and a full refund. I received a response on the same day, that the order would be cancelled and a full refund issue within 1-3 days. This did not materialise and have since exchanged more than 8 emails. But still have not received confirmation of the cancellation of the order or the initiation of a full refund. As such, I have resourced to ask my bank to issue a dispute and initiate a charge back which they have agreed to do straight away. I will now report them to the UK’s government Fraud department so that hopefully no one else falls foul of them
