Had an issue contacting Save Some Green via their contact page and need to reply to a previous order email. I am delighted to say that the contact page is now fixed and they respond very quickly and are only too happy to help. Very knowledgeable about their products and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Bought a tawashi brush 4 months ago from Save Some Green, and was a bit sceptical to be honest, but it's been the greatest thing! The researched info on the website convinced me to give it a go, it arrived brilliantly packaged (you know it's a genuinely planet friendly company when even the packaging is cleverly recycled other packaging) and cheaper than my local posh zero plastics shop. 4 months later, it's going strong, looks great, and I get comments on it all the time. Would highly recommend it, and would highly recommend this company.

I have purchased items from this company a few times, as they appear to fit in with my ethics. I purchased some bamboo toothbrushes from them, as I have before, and they did not send me the ones I requested. I have contacted them online twice and had no response from them. So I am not sure I will use them again. There is no telephone number on their site, and I have stopped recommending them to friends and family. Up to the last order they had been very good, but their customer service needs to improve.

THIS COMPANY SENDS OUT THE WRONGE ITEMS THEN WHEN YOU CONTACT THEM TO GET IT SORTED SEVERAL TIMES YOU GET NO REPLY. NO PHONE NUMBER FOR THIS COMPANY OR EMAIL ONLY THEIR CONTACT FORM THAT CLEARLEY NO ONE MONITERS..

After an initial error with my order, today I recieved my missing item and a lovely note with a couple of extra items. What a lovely, kind thing to do. Such customer service means I will of course order again and recommend to my friends. Thank you James!

This is my second time ordering the bamboo toothbrushes brought they are best I have used so far.

Excellent service from James after I’d ordered the wrong Bamboo toothbrushes, should have ordered firm. I returned the unopened brushes and exchanged them at no cost other than the return postage. Highly recommended.
