I was happy with the product but a part of my cap was broken.
The customer service team was superb and solved the problem the same morning and offered me different alternatives.
They were so kind that I can imagine them writing to me with a huge smile on their face.

Great customer service!
There was a minor problem with my shorts and I told them about it, and they immediately gave me a giftcard for a new pair of shorts.

I have used Saysky products for about a year now. I've since bought about 50 different products over this time, and have never had issues.

The quality of their products are the best. You ultimately get what you pay for.

I have only had 1 issue during this time, on a recent purchase. A top came with a bit of thread missing, which caused a hole to appear. Mia was super helpful.

I offered to return the item, but instead Mia insisted me not to, and she will either send a new t-shirt to replace it, or give me a gift card for the value. I chose the new t-shirt option and it has arrived 24 hours later!
