Never buy if you live in UK.🇬🇧 saysky customer service is horrible. £30.99 to return a T-shirt. Absolutely rip off
No phone number for help. Basically if it dose not fit. Tough luck

Saysky customer service really delivered, I had a hole in a pair of socks with less than a month run in them, customer services gave me a gift card to purchase a new pair instantly without any bartering with me, how utterly refreshing compared to many other companies that grind down there own customers! PLus their kit feels and looks great.

Jeg er meget begejstret for Saysky tights/shorts - klart top 2 løbetights.
I ville få en ekstra stjerne hvis tøjet blev lavet lidt større til kvinder :-)
I forhold til Nike/Liiteguard skal jeg 1-2 størrelser op (1 i tights, og 2 i to-i-en shorts).

Gavekort bestilling. Har i dag den 12. marts bestilt et gavekort på 500 Dkr. betalt med Visa kort. Den gik umiddelbart igennem med "tak", men når man ikke modtager en bekræftelse med det samme på e-mail, er der en masse alarmklokker der ringer. Almindelig procedure ved køb af gavekort, er at man straks får en bekræftelse samt et gavekort der kan printes.

Saysky is just a great product but the customer service is dreadful. I have been waiting for a delivery of goods worth £250 that seems to be stuck at Stansted since 6 January 2024 and although Mette has contacted me once since after relentless emails pleading for assistance, I am now being ignored. I fear that I will never see my goods or receive refund. Really so hurt by this attitude.

So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt!!! Ware zunächst bestellt und auch zuverlässig geliefert. Leider vieles nicht den Größenangaben entsprechend. Gebühr für Retoure muss man aus Deutschland heraus selbst tragen (23 Euro). Trotz DHL-Sendungsverfolgung ist die Ware auch nach einem Monat angeblich nicht bei SAYSKY in Dänemark eingetroffen. Service reagiert auf Englisch unfreundlich und unverschämt. Geld wird nicht erstattet - ohne weitere Angaben von Gründen.

+++ mittlerweile hat sich die Angelegenheit geklärt - Erfahrung public machen und Saysky-Service nicht in Ruhe lassen, war offenbar hilfreich +++

My experience with them is bittersweet. First, thank Mette for her patience and understanding. The real problem is when the 30 says that the package has left their warehouse and that in 3-6 days it will be in Romania. That package never arrived to me today. I receive the surprise that it has been delivered to someone but no one knows, I have lost my money and the package I hope you will help me and return my money

Firstly gear is great..but factor in the lottery of returns. There is no exchange just reorder new size, and as it turns out, hope they receive the original item. They did, and credited on the same day. Clothing is excellent quality, as is the customer service (shout out to Mette)

I am a root customer at SAYSKY since 4 years now. The products are just amazing from head to toe, both performance and optics wise. Only had to claim a return once in those 4 years, which was recently. All I can say, great customer service throughout the whole process. The agent (Marcus) was very friendly and the response times were speedy (within 1 working day max.). The return shipping and re-ordering went very smoothly, so all in all there is nothing more or less than 5 of 5 stars to give here. Thanks to the SAYSKY team for the great stuff you are doing up there in Denmark. Regards from Germany

Ordered a logo flow singlet and product is high quality and very light weight. I did have problems with the sizing fit quiz though. It recommended a small and when it arrived it was far too large. Currently you have to pay for return shipping, so make sure you know the size for certain. Saysky then sent me their size chart, which clearly showed I needed an XS. I'd recommend that you contact them to ask for this before ordering if in any doubt on sizing.
