I had returned a pair of pants that was in the wrong size, and it got lost in the mail.
Customer service was absolute legends, and exclusively gifted me a new pair of my favorite pants.

I love the quality of Saysky products and am very glad they deliver to the UK! Unfortunately I did receive an item with a mark on it but the customer services team were incredibly helpful and solved the issue straight away. Would definitely recommend purchasing products from Saysky and I definitely will continue doing so!

Jeg modtog en jakke, som blot få timer efter jeg havde modtaget den blev sat på tilbud. Det var jeg lidt ked af, men kundeservice var meget hurtige til at komme med en løsning og få det klaret.

Lækre produkter, god kvalitet, god kundeservice, savner flere tilbudskampagner, men alt godt. Håber i fortsat vil lave lækre produkter i god kvalitet i fede farver og design samt pasform.

Great product and even better customer service. I am pretty particular about running tights, and I love the Blaze and Combat running tights. Fit true to size.

I have bought a lot off Saysky Running equipment for the last years - The 2 in 1 shorts '5 have changed! I always wear size M - I compared an older pair of 2 in 1 with 2 new models. I have bought two new 2 in 1 #The innershort has become much tighter in the new model(s) - Old was more lose fit - New tight fit. Not happy with this change.

Jeg har via de seneste 3 leveringer oplevet en relativt langsom leveringshastighed. Der går næsten en uge før jeg får en fast bekræftelse af at varen er på vej fra Coolrunner. Jeg står ikke og har travlt med at modtage varen, men sammenlignet med konkurrende produkter så er det væsentlig langsommere. Det ændrer for nuværende ikke min adfærd men var jeg i en situation hvor jeg var afhængig af en hurtig levering, så ville jeg ikke vælge et Saysky produkt.

Alt i alt giver det en mindre god oplevelse på trods af at produktet i sig selv ikke fortjener det. I har sikkert fokus på dette allerede, men vil blot give min mening til kende.

The sizing guide was off for me: ended up with too large a top; then you have to pay delivery again to return it. Would be better if they just provided measurements like other brands. Have to say the customer service was prompt and polite even though they were not able to help out this time.

I have over the years bought several pairs of Saysky running pants. I love the design, however the fabric (in particular the inner tights) has become very warm and is really not suitable for performance sport. I think Saysky should revert to the very nice and light fabric used in the past. For now I will be using other brands (Gore, Nike).

Form what I experience this is what the owner did to us. I was oversea dealer who bought directly from SAYSKY to sell in my country at rate around 35% of MSRP price. 1st year we invest in marketing and many things but because of covid-19 the sell did not go very well but still at least the minimum value in contact. After the end of the year the situation seem better from our marketing and PR, so we plan to buy more of goods and invest more in SAYSKY but the owner tell us and said to us that he already deal with new dealer that is more reputation and has large shop in my country and want us to sell SAYSKY under that company and do not want us to use SAYSKY logo anymore but he said he still willing us to sell SAYSKY but need to buy directly form that company and can not use the logo, he also tell us to remove SAYSKY from every media we have even we still have lot of SAYSKY goods instock left to sell. I think the situation like this has no sportsmanship and ethic.

Aus Deutschland absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Man suggeriert mit deutscher Werbung und der deutschen Seite einen Service den es nicht gibt. Die Hin- und Rücksendekosten summieren sich auf 23 Euro !!!. Sobald man ein Problem hat, wechselt die Sprache plötzlich auf Englisch. Der Größenrechner auf der Seite funktioniert nicht. Die Sachen waren trotzdem massiv zu klein. Das ist mit Abstand der mieseste Service den ich in den letzten Jahren im Netz erlebt habe. Hier hat man Online Handel nicht verstanden. Finger weg, wenn ihr aus Deutschland seid.

ich trage seit zwei Jahren Saysky Textilien und war mit den Funktionstextilien hinsichtlich Material und Style meistens sehr zufrieden. Bei den T-Shirts und Sweatshirts hielt sich die Begeisterung in Grenzen. Insbesondere Farbe und Form waren trotz fachgerechter Wäsche nicht von Dauer. Bei einem Problem mit einem T-Shirt (total verwaschen) hat sich Saysky sehr wenig kulant verhalten und hat nur aufgrund von Fotos eine Reklamation abgelehnt. Sie waren nicht einmal bereit sich das Shirt zusenden zu lassen und anzuschauen. Kundenservice und -bindung verstehe ich anders, insbesondere bei Kunden, die bereits eine Menge Artikel bestellt haben. Da ist das Gerede von Community plötzlich vorbei...Ich sag nur "Tschüss Saysky"...
