Was having issues buying online and Markus stopped at nothing to help me out!! My goodies arrived with a a lovely personal note. Cannot fault anything with the service and brand!

I emailed Saysky regarding a return and not only was their response swift, I couldn’t fault the service they gave me.

I had some issues with my order and Mia was kind and took care of me. I will definitely order some of the other gear soon.

Great experience, very accomodating in respect to returns

I placed two orders on a Sunday evening ... with one, accidentally, in the wrong size. Customer representative Markus intercepted the wrongly-sized order and sent through notification of my requested size change. First order arrived to me in the UK on Wednesday (three days after placement) and the second corrected order is due the following day. Very happy with the products and customer service ... Top marks!

I made a mistake in the order and the team was super helpful and made corrections fast and accurate . Top Team ! Congrats

I buy the running gear for our club from Saysky and really like the style of the products as well as the quality.
Had to contact the service desk (Hi Mia!) once as there was a tight that didn't fit as expected. The replacement was no problem at all.

Excellent quality on their gears on every order, use them for running, trekking, workouts, even daily wear. Recent order had glitch in their tees, contacted their support and they have managed to send me a replacement. Superb quality and service, would recommend to anyone.

Amazing attentive staff, Mia was superb in helping me with a damaged product - she sorted delivery straight away for a new item. Really impressed, thank you so much for you kind and diligent help.

Bei mir passte die Hose nicht, also retour. Allerdings muss der Versand nach Dänemark selbst bezahlt werden. Leider habe ich bis heute keine Gutschrift erhalten. Man findet das Paket, mit Dhl verschickt, nicht. Eine kundenfreundliche Lösung gibts nicht, nur Mails mit kleinen Smilies ... 108 Euro eingebüßt. Also keine Empfehlung, Gruß St

About a month ago I placed an order with Saysky for a pair of socks, a long sleeve top and a pair of short running tights. The order arrived on time etc. All the items fit well, except unfortunately there was a mistake in the print on the long sleeve top ( the wmns star night pace ls) . I wrote to the customer service to request a label so I could return the top and get a new one. However the lovely Mia, from Saysky support, offered me a new top or a giftcard. I chose a new top. On top of that I could keep the faulty item, which I thought was very kind and makes one of my best friends very happy ;) . I haven't worn the top out on a run yet, as it is still summer weather in Italy where I live, however the shorts ( wmns short eco pace tights) and socks are great. I bought the shorts for my upcoming marathon as I wanted some half tights that are comfortable, stay in place and make me look good( not like a squeezed sausage). I have worn these shorts on all my long training runs with zero chaving or riding up. Plus the pockets are big enough to hold all my gels and keys etc. I have a Huawei P30 phone which also fits in the side pocket on its own. I even worn them on my 21km trail race last sunday and the weather was horrendous, heavy rain, but it didn't bother me, as my legs were comfortable. The only downside is that I have to remember to make a knot in the cord before washing them, or you will have to put it back in as it comes off in the washing machine ( which is not too difficult luckily) . Overall I am a very satisfied customer and for sure will be buying more products in the future.

Great product. I love running in my SAYSKY gear. They take customer service also very seriously. I got an item that was damaged and the issue was immediately resolved by the SAYSKY staff.

Great experience, first class customer service and great products…Mia in particular was very helpful answering my questions.
