Michaela was our wonderful kind professional guide on this trip from April 17 th to 26 th 2025. Kara and Tash were available 24/7 to answer any questions before and during the trip. I have no hesitation in recommending this say yes holiday.
We had a fantastic group of 13 ladies and we all got on really well which made for a fantastic family like experience. We got to see the true authentic Maldieves on a budget. We saw turtles, sting rays, manta rays, reef sharks, nurse sharks and many colourful fish while snorkelling.
We experienced 3 different islands and could use rental bikes, paddle boards and kayaks.
We saw many sunrises and sunsets, sand banks and lots of wildlife. We also had a chance to do some fishing and had a fantastic barbecue dinner on the beach that evening.
The food was excellent and lots of choice available. There is no alcohol on the island but honestly we were so busy and up early and in bed early I did not miss alcohol at all. We have the chance to pay for a 4-5 star resort which was amazing and well worth doing. Lots of food drinks and activities available and we also saw the amazing waterfront accomodation.
We went on a party boat to see the sunset and had a few drinks. We saw how local women made coconut oil and we were able to purchase oil which was amazing. Pure coconut oil with zero additives.
I would highly rate this holiday to the Maldives and hope to come back soon. The staff in all the 3 hotels were amazing and very helpful. Our bags were collected from our rooms and transported to vehicles and delivered to the next room which was a great help as some accommodation did not have lifts. All accommodation is very close to the beach or in the beach.

This was an action packed trip, with plenty of optional activities such as Scuba diving, a resort day, watersport hire, messages and more.

Although this is absolutely a budget trip with a great insight to what the Maldives has to offer on the local islands, the resort day certainly gives you a glimpse of a more expensive type of holiday.

All accomodations were in great locations, however the 2nd accomodation on Dhiffushi Island was not the best, as the room did not have any natural light so a little bit dark. With 3 of us were crammed into the smaller room, it was a little tight for space. A sea view room in this hotel would have changed the experience.

As much as we were all busy doing activities on all islands, the heat and humidity is alot to get used to, so often we would go back to the rooms for an hour in the air con here and there, so it is definately worthwhile to have a nice room to relax in.

Coming on this trip solo, we got lucky that everyone came by themselves, so no cliques and plenty of like minded people to share the experience. A good variety of ages in our group from 21-50's and the first all female group I believe.

Notes:
-Remember your mossie spray, especially for the last island!
-Slip on sandals are the best footwear as most shops require you to take off shoes to enter and also barefoot beachwalks are the one
-A linen shirt is spot on for respecting local culture, but more so ideal for covering the shoulders from sunburn.
-The final island is a little more pricey, so try do all of the watersports before if possible.

Say Yes Adventures turned a far-off dream into a reality. I always thought the Maldives was only for honeymooners or lottery winners but Kara and Tasha proved otherwise. Their group trip was not only affordable, it was packed with once-in-a-lifetime moments I’ll never forget.

From swimming with stingrays and dolphins, to snorkelling in crystal-clear waters, to bonfires on the beach under the stars, it felt like something out of a movie. The balance of planned activities and free time was perfect, and staying on the local islands gave us an authentic and down-to-earth experience.

Everything was so thoughtfully organised. I didn’t have to stress about a thing, from transfers to accommodation to excursions, Kara and Tasha handled it all with genuine care and enthusiasm. You can tell how much heart they pour into every detail.

As a solo traveller, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I left with a whole group of new friends, some I know I’ll stay in touch with for years to come. The vibe was warm, inclusive, and full of laughter from day one.

If you’re even thinking about booking with Say Yes Adventures, do it! It’s magic. Thank you for the memories, the friendships, and the adventure of a lifetime. I’ll be counting down the days to the next trip!

Wow! What a way to see the Maldives! Never in a million years did I think I’d be able to visit this dream destination yet Tasha and Kara at Say Yes Adventures have made that a reality!

From snorkelling, diving, beaches, boat bars, bonfires, fishing and more I could not have had a better experience. I was skeptical about group trips in general but the price is so reasonable for everything included (beach front hotels, snorkelling tours, meals, fishing etc!!) and everyone including the tour guides were so so lovely and accommodating!

I couldn’t recommend this trip anymore and will continue to shout Say Yes from the rooftops!

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would ever have the opportunity to visit the Maldives, but "Say yes Adventures" made it happen. This trip was everything I expected and so much more.

Kara & Tash clearly put so much effort and detail into planning the group trip. Everything was so well thought out and so organised. Everyday my mind was blown from the sheer beauty of the Islands and what they had both planned for the group. I dont think I have ever switched off like this before and questioned "where is my brain" lol. Having the opportunity to see Dolphins, swim with Sting rays, sandbanks, campfire on the beach under the stars... the list goes on. I spent 10 wonderful days with amazing people, lots of laughs and lots of fun. I highly recommend using "Say yes" and when they offer more trips I will be signing up again. Fab trip!

I’m not sure there is enough space to truly describe how incredible my experience was with Say Yes Adventures. Never in a million years did I think I would ever make it out to the Maldives. But here I am having just gotten back from the holiday of a life time.
Not only was this trip incredible value for money, Kara and Tash had thought of every last detail. Meaning I could simply switch off my brain and enjoy this once in a lifetime experience, and all I had to do was ‘say yes’.
This trip completely pushed me out of my usual comfort zone. Allowed me to experience things I never thought possible, and see wildlife in their natural habitat I never thought I would.
Not only that I have come away with friendships that will last a lifetime.
Say yes adventures made it extremely hard to leave and yes I did have a cry on the tuk tuk to our transfer. But they were happy tears.

If you’re even thinking about booking with Say Yes a little bit, please, please , please just do it. You won’t be disappointed!

Oh wow. This really has been the holiday of a lifetime. Kara and Tasha had thought of everything to make this group trip so special. Nothing was ever too much trouble and all of the staff on the islands were super friendly and helpful.

The planned itinerary around the local islands of the Maldives was perfect! They included a good amount of free time as well as amazing included activities to experience the marine wildlife and local culture of the country.

Our group had a diverse mix of people ranging from 18-60 and everyone got along so well and was made to feel included. I have definitely made friends for life.

I would encourage everyone to book with Say Yes Adventures if they want a truly unforgettable experience. But be warned, it will become the holiday that you compare every future experience with because it is so magical!

Without a doubt this is the best way to experience the Maldives… and on a budget!

What an unforgettable 10 days! Staying on the local islands gave us such an authentic Maldivian experience, and I would definitely recommend it over staying at a resort. We had the chance to learn and explore so much! There was no shortage of activities during our free time, from snorkelling to diving. Tasha and Kara were incredible — I couldn’t have asked for two better guides to share this adventure with. The hardest part was saying goodbye to them and the amazing new friends I made. 😭 I’d do it all again in a heartbeat ❤️

What an incredible experience! The Maldives to my knowledge was somewhere I could visit after winning the lottery but with Tasha and Kara’s help seeing the real Maldives was achievable. Their itinerary was perfection. From free days, to snorkeling sessions, group and private dinners, as well as plenty opportunities to see the marine life. You could really see how much effort and thought went into their planning. I felt so lucky to be able to experience this trip, meet some amazing females and check a dream destination off my bucket list. Can’t wait for future trips I’ll be booking with them ASAP!

From the moment the trip was booked, Tasha and Kara were so helpful and informative, sending through detailed itineraries and creating WhatsApp groups to allow us to chat with others who would be on our trip.

Although we experienced a very rainy start to the trip, things were handled so well with activities moved to ensure nothing was missed. The staff we encountered over the trip through the hotels and excursions were all so friendly and could not help you enough!

This was such a good value trip that I’d recommend to anybody wanting to see the Maldives

The Say yes adventures tour in the Maldives was one of the best experiences I’ve ever done. Great for solo travellers to meet new people and have a packed itinerary full of activities to keep you busy. Our guides Tasha and Kara were great and friendly they were always on hand to answer any questions too. I would highly recommend and book again!!

The best way to see The Maldives. I would say my Say Yes tour was worth double what a fancy resort would cost.

It rained on our first day and it was handled amazingly by all staff. All the activities were great I recommend getting as involved as possible.

I’ve just finished the first Say Yes Maldives trip and it exceeded all my expectations. Kara and Tash were so lovely and the best guides throughout the whole tour with the best communication. I have come away from the trip making some friends for life and share the most amazing experiences with them thanks to Say Yes Adventures! Couldn’t recommend them enough and I cannot wait to join future tours!
