My experience was a very good one. i was able to understand the basic concepts of insurance and the insurance industry. Mr Raymond has been very helpful in providing the relevant guidance and resources to become educated as a claims assistant with the Broker I currently work with.

I completed 3 Insurance Courses with SBN Human Capital. This experience was very rewarding for me.
The Lecturer, Raymond McMillan, teaching methods were effective. The content of the learning experience was relevant, interesting, useful and meaningful to the learner. He was very supportive and patient with learners.

The experience is more participatory and interesting thanks to Mr. Raymond's teaching style, which links book contents to actual happenings. In order to make sure we are thinking along the appropriate lines, he also always tries to obtain student interaction in the classroom. The only thing I would suggest is having a class discussion on the material we study on the platform; this way, any questions can be addressed and the subject can be understood properly.

The experience was great because the classes were well structured and the subsequent webinars were relevant and free of cost.

The experience what good.
I really enjoyed that the classes were online, and they were recorded for later use. My lecture was really helpful and ready available to answer any questions I had in and outside of class hours.

The facilitator Mr McMillan is well versed in insurance and knows the market very well. Particularly the very important London insurance market. I highly recommend SBN and its courses.

Great interpersonal skills. Love to see students succeed. The best motivational drivers in the insurance market that you can trust. Very committed. They do what they say they would do.

I enjoyed the individualized attention and the passion of my teacher Raymond. I appreciated all the past papers and his first hand knowledge of the UK environment and the added bonus that he also knew and understood my insurance environment.
