Huge disappointment: Broken promises to Groove lifetime backers
As an early customer who invested nearly 1,397 USD into the Groove lifetime deal (GrooveFunnels / Groove.cm), I feel obligated to warn prospective buyers about the business practices of this team and its founder, Mike Filsaime. Across the community, virtually all Groove lifetime members now feel completely cheated and deeply outraged by how we have been treated.
At the time, the pitch was crystal clear: an upfront investment to back the development of an all-in-one suite, backed by promises of regular updates, bug fixes, and continuous platform evolution. In reality, Groove's development stalled, critical bugs lingered indefinitely, and the software was essentially left to languish.
Now, instead of delivering on those commitments, the focus has shifted to a brand-new project, ScaleGG, which features the very improvements and modern architecture that were promised to us for years. Groove is merely kept on life support to stave off legal backlash and refund requests. To make matters worse, the access offered to Groove lifetime backers on ScaleGG is severely restricted and crippled by limitations, leaving us with no choice but to pay all over again for a functional tool.
Abandoning early backers after taking their money to fund new ventures is unacceptable. Anyone considering ScaleGG or future software from this team should be extremely cautious about any long-term promises or roadmap guarantees.
