Managing a small business - wish I had done this sooner
Before hiring my EA through Scaledforce, I had turned into the bottleneck on my own inbox, calendar, renewals and misc. admin work. Dane and Scaledforce scoped the role with me, presented three candidates, and we onboarded our EA about a few weeks after signing.
In his first week our EA wrote an email triage SOP built around how I actually work rather than a template. Now he runs all my admin and goes straight to my team when something needs to move.
