Wir haben mit Jenny und ihrem Team in einer Phase gearbeitet, in der bei uns viel Wachstumstempo auf Organisation getroffen ist. Was mir besonders gefallen hat: Es ging nicht um „HR als Service“, sondern darum, wie man Strukturen so aufsetzt, dass sie das Business wirklich tragen. Viele Dinge, die vorher implizit oder personenabhängig waren, wurden sauber greifbar gemacht – gerade bei Rollen, Entscheidungswegen und im Recruiting hat das einen spürbaren Unterschied gemacht.

Die Zusammenarbeit selbst war sehr nah dran an der Umsetzung. Keine PowerPoint-Beratung, sondern echtes Mitdenken und Mitbauen. Man merkt auch, dass das Team unterschiedliche Hintergründe mitbringt und sich gut ergänzt, was in der Praxis hilft.

Was ich fairerweise dazu sagen würde: Der Ansatz ist ziemlich konsequent und fordert intern auch Disziplin ein... Das ist nicht immer „bequem“ und braucht auf Kundenseite echte Bereitschaft, Dinge zu verändern. Für uns war genau das aber am Ende der Mehrwert.

In Summe: Sehr klare, strukturierte Arbeit mit echtem Impact, wenn man bereit ist, sich darauf einzulassen.
