Everything is perfect. The quality is really nice and i can wear the pieces while showering or being in the water in general without them loosing colour. Would definetly purchase again!

Het bedrijf maakt gebruik van een sketchy bezorg dienst, vervolgen nemen ze niet hun verantwoordelijkheid als het gaat om een vervanging of terugbetaling. De bezorgdienst geeft aan dat het pakketje kwijt is maar toch heb ik geen terug betaling, oplichters!!

Jammer dat ik geen 0 sterren kan geven, want dit is zonder twijfel het bedrijf met de slechtste klantenservice die ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Twee maanden geleden heb ik iets besteld, maar het pakket is nooit geleverd. Na contact op te nemen werd de verantwoordelijkheid vrijwel direct bij mij als klant neergelegd. Daarna werd er steeds slechter gereageerd, tot er uiteindelijk helemaal geen reactie meer kwam op mijn e-mails. Ondertussen laten ze je wel gewoon betalen voor een bestelling die je nooit hebt ontvangen. Absoluut geen aanrader.

Pure oplichterij. Juwelen zijn niets waard en als je ze terug stuurt, beweren ze dat je pakje niet is aangekomen en betalen ze je aankoop dus ook niet terug.

Wij willen dit graag samen met je oplossen. Tot nu toe hebben wij helaas geen informatie of tracking ontvangen van het retourpakket, waardoor we het pakket niet hebben kunnen terugvinden. Zodra we de verzendbevestiging of trackingcode ontvangen, kijken we dit direct voor je na en kunnen we vervolgstappen zetten.
Neem alsjeblieft contact met ons op via support@scandivv.com met de retourgegevens, dan pakken we dit persoonlijk verder op.

Terrible Quality + Customer Service
Package took over 6 weeks to arrive. When I reached out to customer service (2 times), I got no reply. The second time I reached out, after about a month, is when they finally sent me the tracking which said the label had just been printed. Once the package did finally arrive, one of the necklaces I ordered broke and the entire clasp fell of on just the third wear. The second one did the same and was terribly tarnished after just a few wears as well. The necklace was gold and after about a month was completely a pinkish rust color. Genuinely terrible quality pieces.

We always stand behind our products. If an item breaks, tarnishes unexpectedly, or does not meet expectations, we replace it or refund it at no cost. No discussion, no hassle.
Regarding shipping: this order was a preorder, which was clearly listed on the product page at the time of purchase. Preorders do take longer than our regular shipping times, but you should have received clearer communication and faster replies. For that, we sincerely apologize.
