Amazing until they shot up all their prices in the last couple of weeks, now they are too expensive :( if they increased by a couple of dollars that's understandable, but going from $29.99 for 10 ml of a niche sample to $39.99! is a massive jump. Wow

Several issues :
1. There are no labels of the cologne on the glass bottles. There is a label on the box indicating what cologne it is but the second you take the atomizer out, you dont know what it is. Thank God i knew the scent, because i put atomizer in my travel bag with my other colognes and when i went to pick one, i realized it didnt have a label.
2. I put a note on my next order t o put a label on my colognes. They had labels but one was put on the glass bottle crooked and the other 2 , the label was on the case..crooked also. Not what i expected ordering a luxury cologne. The label looked like a price tag label. Scent bird colognes are way more professional looking.
3. Customer service was ok. My first order was lost. I didnt receive it in the mail even though the tracking message from the USPS said it was delivered. When i contacted scent door Customer service , they made me feel like i didnt check my mail box or i lost it. They told me the had to submit an investigation and wait 3 days for the results. It would of been better if t hey sent me a replacement right away and the seal with USPS.
4. I dont like their subscription ordering system. Apparently you have to select a luxury or regular subscription. I just want to select my colognes, luxury and regular on the same queue. If it cost a little more, just add the additional cost . I tried selecting regular colognes on my queue and it said i couldn't add it because i had the luxury subscription. Ugh, that made not want to buy any colognes.

Currently looking into other services.

It was quick and easy to find what I needed. They packaged and shipped it quickly.
