They are scammer, I have reported them to cyber security for online fraud. I paid £45 for my wife Schengen visa. The payment was taken and it has been 20 days. No refund received. Online/cyber crime team looking into it. I work closely with police. Please everyone affected contact online fraud and police. Crime reference - RF26040193650C

I paid £45 to book an appointment, but after receiving the payment, the individual stopped responding. I have not received any confirmation, service, or refund despite multiple follow-ups.

This appears to be fraudulent behaviour, and I request either immediate fulfillment of the service or a full refund. If this is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with reporting the matter to my bank and relevant authorities.

Horrible service, very bad experience
I book the appointment booking service for a schengen visa in London and paid 45 pounds for the appointment service.
After completing all the documents and paying I was informed that the completion of the process will be within 48 hours.
By now I have been waiting for linger than 90 hours without an update.
So….. no service at all.
I chatted with „Anna“ to inquire about the process and was offered to pay 145 pounds to get the full visa service.
Anna is either AI with very limited progress answers or absolutely stupid because she asked me for my contact details about 4 times although I gad already given them to her.
And the only thing she texted me repeatedly was how important their customers are to them and what a great service they provide with a 90% satisfatory process completions.
Well I must be one of the 10 percent that doesn’t get a service.
I am extremely angry.
CAREFUL! I am not sure anymore that they can really provide tge service the promise

They are total SCAM.They got an appointment for me that was cancelled almost immediately. They then sent an email to me to expect a refund after 10 working days.It been almost 17 working days still no refund. When you send an email,you get an automated response.I guess that's their ususal scam format (to get an appointment, then cancel it)
No one to speak to.It is just total scrap.

Scam!!! I booked an appointment for France, paid the fee and received an email from SchengenPro shortly after saying the appointment had been cancelled. There has been no refund and when i email them i receive the same automated response saying my refund will be returned in 5-10 days... this was approximately 20 days ago. Cannot speak to a human - AVOID

They are a big scammers.
I applied for Italy visa as they showed an embassy appointment within 2 days.
I paid £45 as their service charge fee to book an appointment.
I received a confirmation that the appointment is booked, within couple of minutes there was another email stating the appointment is cancelled and the refund is processed.
No response on multiple follow up emails, no refund, no response on refund status.

ABSOLUTE CRAP WEBSITE AND SCAMMERS AND A BIG CHEATER WHEN YOU TRY TO CONTACT THEM VIA WHATSAPP,EMAIL AND CALL.

I think they are a total scam. They charge £45 for a visa appointment. Will send a confirmation email of the booking and in less than 5 minutes another follows to say the embassy cancelled the appointment. The send an email that they have processed the refund but you don’t get it. I told then to get me any other available appointment as I am flexible and they refused saying that they have processed the refund and wanted me to book again
