I would recommend it 100%. From start to finish the level of support is great. Personally i don't have the time to spend hours upon hours studying due to having a full time job and 3 children so for me it was great i could work all in my own time at my own pace. My children can be very distracting and often i will forget where i am etc but my Tutor was there all the time to help and answer any questions i had.

Clear guidance on how to improve your work and good communication throughout. Thank you Maria (tutor support)

simple process to purchase the courses on behalf of my staff.

I would highly recommend using Britannia for distance learning. The resources are vast and easily accessible for you to complete the course and the assignments are clear and well laid out. The support and feedback from my tutor Ashley was timely and supportive, and the course allowed me to go at my own pace which at times was challenging with the constraints at home. Thank you very much for your support!

From start to finish, my experience at Britannia School of Academics has been marked by professionalism, care and responsiveness. I am completely satisfied and heartily recommend this to anyone looking for an efficient training.
What truly made this experience stand out was the outstanding support I received from my support tutor Zofia, to whom I’m especially grateful. She was consistently responsive, incredibly helpful, and exceptionally clear about what was expected from me at each stage. She answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly, ensuring I felt confident and supported throughout. Her feedback and was always timely, insightful, and highly effective, helping me reflect, grow, and stay on track.
I also want to commend assessor Arsalan whose feedback was both positive and constructive. It was clear, specific and encouraging, highlighting strengths and offering practical guidance for improvement. That balance made a real difference in building my confidence and sharpening my understanding.

Awesome school! I’m really happy with how fast my tutor Claire always replied and how supportive she was during the whole AET Level 3 course. I’m definitely looking forward to continuing my studies here!

The Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training course offered by Britannia Education Group was exceptionally comprehensive and detailed. I have absolutely no regrets about taking this course with Britannia Education Group. The resources supplied were highly beneficial and effective. At the same time, the assessments tested my intellect, as some of the tasks required brainstorming, which proved to be both demanding and engaging for me.

I particularly appreciated the work placement experience; the constructive feedback I received from both the theoretical and practical aspects was outstanding, as it highlighted the areas where I needed improvement and made me a better professional.

I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by my tutors, Zofia and Mohammed Arslan. They were incredibly supportive, responsive, patient, and courteous. Both instructors offered a great deal of encouragement during times when I felt overwhelmed. I could not have completed the course successfully without their unwavering support.

Thank you.

The site was easy to use and I processed the booking with no issues

Amazing from start to finish. The registration process was quick and easy. The set out of the online portal is user friendly. Assignment marking is fairly quick and any amendments needed to get to pass stage are clearly highlighted to you. Friendly and approachable tutors too. All in all, a brilliant experience. Will use again for future courses. Natalia

Really quick and easy enrolment. Assignments are planned and grouped effectively together. Feedback on assignments has been prompt and helpful.

downside is no email is sent to your personal account when feedback is given so you have to check Moodle regularly

Thankyou so much Ella for being a helpful support tutor. Also,I had an incredible experience whilst doing HLTA level 4 course with Britannia school of academics.

Completing the DET 5 course has been a rewarding and transformative journey, one that would not have been possible without the invaluable support, guidance, and constructive feedback I received throughout. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Rosa, my tutor, and Arsalan, my assessor, whose encouragement and expertise played a crucial role in helping me reach this milestone. I am also deeply appreciative of the wider team working behind the scenes, whose efforts contributed significantly to this enriching academic experience. It is with heartfelt thanks that I acknowledge everyone who helped make this achievement a reality.

A huge thanks to ROSA and the team for getting my through my L5 DET.

This was absolutely essential to me getting and keeping my job at the college where I work.

Thank you so much for your flexibility. I'll be sure to recommend you to anyone needing this course.

Thanks to Britannia School of Academi I just received my Level 5 teacher training diploma from Focus 🏅 Awards thanks to the team

I had an incredible experience with the School of Academics while preparing for my Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (L5DET). The course was exceptionally well-organized, with clear materials and a supportive structure that made learning engaging and effective. Jakub and Arsalan were fantastic—Arsalan’s guidance as my assessor was always clear, encouraging, and motivating, helping me build confidence throughout the process. I’ve gained practical skills that I’m already applying in my teaching career. I highly recommend the L5DET program to all teachers looking to deepen their knowledge and enhance their expertise!

Good formulated course!

I had loads of questions today about the Level 3 Maths course and the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) — things like the course content, qualifications, and other details. Even though it was outside office hours, around 7 PM, Ayaz was kind enough to respond to me on WhatsApp. He answered all my questions quickly and in detail. Really appreciated his help!

I completed the L4 Information Advice & Guidance and want to say what a pleasure it was doing the course with Britannia. I was always kept informed of what I needed to do to complete the course and the feedback on assignments was fair and acted as a focal point to improve upon my academic writing skills. It is a shame that they do not do the L6 course as I would have stayed. A truly wonderful learning experience which has boosted my personal confidence in employment.
I will recommend to my work colleagues.
Many many thanks.

I have completed my Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training from Britannia School of Academics. I am pleased to say that my learning experience with them was amazing. My tutor, Zofia, and my assessor, Arsalan, were both very motivating, encouraging, and supportive. Their continuous guidance and constructive feedback helped me complete my course within my planned timeframe. I successfully finished the course in just 7 months. I highly recommend Britannia School of Academics to anyone who wants to progress in their career. Thank you, Zofia and Arsalan, for your support throughout the course.

I recently completed my Level 5 Teaching Diploma through this online university, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The course took me just over two years to complete, and the flexibility it offered was invaluable, allowing me to study at times that suited my personal and professional commitments.

I’d particularly like to thank Jahziel and especially Arsalan, who was incredibly helpful throughout. Arsalan was consistently courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to queries, making a real difference to my learning journey.

What’s more, I was able to gain a recognised qualification that would have cost thousands elsewhere, for under £1,000. I highly recommend this route for anyone looking to gain a teaching qualification without the financial burden.
