Completed my Level 7 OTHM Diploma in Leadership & Management through BSLM. Responsive tutor support, thanks to the academic staff for their guidance over the past four months. The resources were good - a couple of 404 URLs which were promptly updated when I raised them. It was a well organised course. The tutor assigned to me, and the assessor were fantastic and provided detailed feedback which was very useful in the course of completing the assignments. Shoutout to K and M!

The course of NVQ 2 in Customer Service was very helpful for my career. After finishing this course, I was able to learn and practice more about it and ready to implement in my future career progression.

I've found the Britannia School of Leadership and Management after a long research online. I needed to complete an OTHM course as soon as possible, with limited time and resources. After sending a few emails of information, I've noticed that this school was immediately very responsive, professional, clear and with a very kind approach as well. I am not an easy client...I've have years of experience, and I don't like when schools play games. This school immediately explained me clearly the process, the outcomes and the costs. I've found this very professional. Once enrolled the onboarding process was also immediately clear, smooth and efficient. I enrolled and the same day I was already able to start my course. The professor that was assigned to me, which I will report here with the initial of the name only, Professor K, provided me absolutely with the best ever student support that I ever experienced in my life. I know very well this sector, and I really mean it when I say that the professor was always very prompt and king in answering my questions, all the advises provided were very spot on, informative and directive at the same time, and the help that I received from this support was not only crucial but also an add on to the study resources. I felt carefully supported, and also provided with more information, to not only make the needed changes, but also to learn more. This student support never diminished along the entire course, it was always ready, efficient, clear. I am really grateful to Professor K. for this amazing support received. I know also that a Course Assessor was involved during the process, named O., and I am grateful to the Assessor as well for the prompt support provided when some courses had to be added to my specific pathway. At the end of the course I also needed to receive very quickly a course completion letter, to proceed with my studies, and the letter arrived literally minutes after I requested it. I have had a good experience with the Britannia School of Leadership and Management. I started studying at BSLM in August 2023 for an NVQ level 4 Diploma in Business Administration. My studies on Moodle have been great, and I interact with tutors when I wish to clarify something or when receiving feedback for my submitted assignments. I have learned a lot from BSLM and recommend it to everybody who wishes to expand their knowledge.

This course has been enjoyable to do. All course work material is easy to access and tutor support available as and when required. I like the fact that you can submit an assignment, and if further work is required it is detailed in the tutor's response. You do have as many attempts at the assignment, and feedback is readily available. I wouldn't hesitate to do further courses with Britannia School of Leadership and Management.

Very good study experience, I completed 3 qualifications and I must say the service and the team members were exceptional, especially Ava who was extremely supportive throughout my study.

I recently completed my Level 3 Certificate in the Principles of Business and Administration with Britannia. The experience was smooth and versatile, as I was able to complete the course within my own time and the material was easy to comprehend. Feedback given after each submission is extremely detailed and very prompt, usually being sent after a day or two. The specific notes helped me understand what I could have improved in my work (for example misunderstanding a command word in the question and hence going out of point). I would recommend studying with them as there’s an excellent balance between support and freedom offered, guaranteeing a seamless learning experience.

I recently completed my 'Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration' and received my E-certificate without any issues. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and the support from the compliance department was excellent. I am very pleased with the quality of service and support provided by the team. Highly recommended for anyone looking to further their education and professional qualifications.

I recently completed the Level 3 Business Studies OTHM course, and overall, it was a very positive experience. My tutor, Katy, was incredibly attentive and always quick to mark my assignments, providing valuable feedback. I highly recommend this course for anyone looking to advance their business studies.

However, I did encounter one issue. I was informed that I could fast-track my course and receive my official certificate within two weeks of submitting all assignments. Unfortunately, it wasn't communicated that there is a minimum registration period of 10 weeks before the certificate can be issued, which has complicated my university admissions process. Britannia has assured me they will provide a course completion certificate, which I hope my university will accept.

Despite this hiccup, the course content and support from Katy were excellent, and I would still recommend this program to prospective students.

Mr Tazz was incredible in his deliverance of customer service today. He made me feel very reassured and provided clarification on questions I presented to him. I am very much looking forward to completing my Focus Awards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management with this organisation. What a great offer I had on this course today, chuffed. Recently completed the graduate diplona of project management. Tho it took longer than expected to finish the tutors are always very responsive and helped me quite a bit. For the fees they charge it’s an excellent option

l completed the DET course and Amei, my tutor supported me perfectly through the process of the level 5 diploma in education and training. He was very Professional, supportive, and practical. l am very lucky to have completed this course with his excellent guidance.

Following up on my study with Britannia school of Leadership and Management, I must say that my study experience was excellent as I received great assistance and guidance by Ava and the rest of the team to achieve my qualifications. I would highly recommend it.

I have completed L3 Certificate in Business Admin with Britannia School of Leadership and Management. The course is very flexible, I completed the 5 units in my own time. My assessor Ava is very helpful in my assessments. She offered constructive criticisms to improve my skills. She returns the work with detailed instructions on how it can be improved and gave praises when due. I have learned a lot while doing the qualification. The admin is also very helpful and accommodating as I have changed from
L3 IAG to Business Admin due to changing jobs. I highly recommend BSLM for those looking to do online learning.

The experience I had was amazing and I passed my certification very easily and with no hassle at all. I was being helped a lot and I will definitely continue on the next levels.

I completed my postgraduate level 7 diploma in project management from Britannia School of Leadership. A bit boring in my opinion, but does the job if you want a quickest completion of a recognised course. This is not a traditional lecture style delivery school, but rather, you just got guided to do a series of tasks and complete the course work, and finally your portfolio get marked for the certification. If you want to learn everything from A-Z then this is not the right choice for you and you need a school with weekly classes. More like a short-cut fast track attainment of an accredited qualification. I am not sure if I have explained it good enough, but hope it helps to make a choice. Good luck everyone!

I wanted to start top up masters in september 2021 so started the level 7 diploma in strategic management and leadership with this online school of management and leadership. I chose fast track option of two months. despite my best efforts, it took me 5 months to complete. By the time i received the results and certificate, i missed the admission deadline and now I have to wait till september 2022 to start the top.
