Prompt response once I engaged. Clearly some unfortunate circumstances of my own doing lead to my situation - Sam Landis was easy to talk with. Feeling vulnerable, he was all business and no judgement. I had already remedied my situation (somewhat unbeknownst to myself). He reassured me.
