Bought a Scotland top for the England game didn’t arrive until after we were beat off Croatia and out the tournament. Tried to email the company, the website asks to type out a sum like 6 - 2 to prove you’re not a robot but it never actually works, so impossible to get in touch with them. I was planning on returning my top but it doesn’t have a returns label so you’re expected to pay delivery again to receive a refund. Wish I never bothered at this point.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! DON’T RESPOND TO EMAILS AND THE COMMUNICATION IN GENERAL IS DISGUSTING. AVOID!!! ITEM WAS 5 DAYS LATE!

Ordered a shirt on the 12th of June. Got an order confirmation email, that’s it. After completing the web form contact and trying to communicate with them via messenger on Facebook I was told on the 18th it had been dispatched the previous day. I’d had no tracking email sent. Contacted them again on the 21st to be told it was in-fact being dispatched then. Today (22nd) had an email confirming refund and no reason given. Absolutely shambolic company, will not be using again in the future.

I've had a similar experience to others, after 10 days goods didn't arrive, i had to email customer services 4 times, competed 2 webforms and a DM via Instagram. I then only received a refund confirmation with no explanation. The worst company I've ever dealt with for customer service It seems to me this company is taking money fraudulently and using customers as a bank. AVOID!!!

Abysmal customer service. I ordered over a week ago and did not receive in the 3-5 days promised. Then, a week later my money was refunded without any explanation as to why the order is not being fulfilled. No response from customer service. Unacceptable. Do not ever order from this company.

Ordered a shirt then read the reviews on here & my heart sank ! ...... but my England shirt has now arrived & all is fine.
Size is perfect as is the quality. Ok, so it took a week to arrive but i did eventually receive an email saying order had been received & then another one to confirm it had been dispatched so credit where credits due 👍👍👍
After reading all the reviews maybe I was lucky !!!

One star is generous. Ordered 5 days ago and have heard nothing on delivery. Not able to reach anyone on customer service. Wouldn’t use this company again, hard lesson learnt.

Don’t order from here , terrible customer service that doesn’t respond to emails, i payed for delivery and took 6 days to come and won’t respond to emails for a refund

Do not order form this site you will be extremely disappointed I placed an order Sunday and they did not send it out till Thursday 20.00 ! Yet say 3-5 day delivery. The customer service is a joke/ non existent I would not use this company again.

Ordered over a week ago, taken payment and received no update on when it will get here. Emailed the customer service and still no reply.

Horrible customer service. Bought a 96 Scotland Home top and received no confirmation email about my order. Money was even taken out of my bank account without receiving any information on my order. Sent 3 emails about it and not one reply.

Sizes are just all over the place. Not accurate in the slightest, tops are far too small. Terrible. Stitching quality is laughable at best also. Don’t bother getting anything from these scammers, whether it’s directly or through a third party such as amazon or sports direct. Avoid.

Awful customer service. You email them and they never get back. You message them on Facebook or Instagram and they just read it and not reply. I purchased an England top and got no confirmation email but money got taken out of my account. When I bought this issue up with them I got no reply

terrible - no communication at all, sent half the order "sorry for the inconvenience of the out of stock lines but i will only tell you after you receive half the order"

They sent the wrong size. I have emailed customer services repeatedly with no response. The enquiry form on web site does not work as no amount of attempts to copy authentication code work and they have no message facility on their Twitter?
Something really out of order with this company

Very disappointed with the 1996 Replica Scotland Home Jersey. There are spelling mistakes on the badge and the quality of stitching is terrible. I emailed the customer services team several days ago requesting a replacement and I am still awaiting a response. I will not be buying anything from Score Draw again.
