Excellent website. Excellent selection of products for auction. I have been purchasing here for many years and the customer service is exceptional. Products are always delivered with care.

Scotch Whiskey Auctions is no fuss and they deliver the bottles quickly and efficiently. Everything is as advertised. The main benefit is you can source the drinkers from years ago that are still fabulous.

They make the whole process seamless, from bidding, paying, shipping, and delivery. I am located in the US, once I requested a shipping quote to the time a received my bottles was less than two weeks. Highly recommend, you can trust you will get what you are bidding on and that you will promptly receive your bottles.

I had 10 bottles of malt from the Rare Malt First Cask range stashed away for a rainy day. Having had a very easy and reasonable promising valuation from SWA I submitted them for auction. Easy pick up service ensured they were passed to you in good condition in preparation for the next auction. Once started it was easy to monitor progress bidding and was pleased that all met the initial valuation bar one!

I have been using SWA for quite a few years now getting my whisky to them via a local pick up point. The guys collecting the packages are always on time and courteous. The system seems to work well. My listings are always fairly described and payments on selling reliable.
I have bought auction lots often and have them delivered to a pick up point. This is a good service and the bottles are always as described and well wrapped for protection.
The only thing i really do not like is having to pay for storage and insurance for a year on my bottles after auction when I am out of the country and cannot take immediate delivery. Also when i do take the bottles my “years” storage and insurance disappears. Then there is the delivery charge to pick up point. It is like penny pinching. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Generally a good website and trustworthy but I did have a very large purchase where the product that was auctioned based on photo and what I received were not the same; not thrilled with how they handled this

What an incredible team. Each member guided me through all the selling process, arranging photo valuation, doorstep collection, updated me with messages and helpful emails, and advised me when the money had been sent. Of course I also bought stuff, it would be rude not to.. and this process was seamlessly efficient, transparent and very reasonable to store my winnings at their warehouse until required. Thank you Julie, Gary, Calum, Linda and the pick-up lads.

Excellent customer service every time I interact with them. Calum had been especially helpful after I had to cancel my order collection.
