It was absolutely incredible. After ordering my made-to-measure jacket, the waistcoat fit perfectly straight away, but the jacket was too tight around the arms. We were in constant contact from then on. The tailors went out of their way to help me. After lots of messages about details, photos and further measurements, I received a jacket that fit perfectly. Perfect service right to the very end. Thank you very much.
Poor workmanship and a flippant attitude when I told them that a seam on the pocket ripped the first time it was worn.
Their reply, copied directly:
For the pocket seam, you can try a simple fix at home:
Take a black thread and a needle.
Carefully sew the ripped seam yourself.
If you’re not comfortable doing it, you can also take it to a trusted local tailor who can fix it perfectly for you.
They also are located in Pakistan so expect delays, wonky tracking and some additional customs charges if you live in the USA.
EDIT: So now they offer to repair their shoddy craftsmanship for free after they got called out on Trustpilot for not knowing how to talk to unsatisfied customers. No thanks, not worth our time.

Since the issue was reported some time after delivery, it became difficult for us to immediately determine whether it was a manufacturing fault or something that developed with use. However, we absolutely stand behind our product quality and are happy to offer a repair to make things right.
The only cost involved would be the return shipping, and once received, our team will repair the item free of charge. Your feedback is very important to us, as it helps us continue improving both our craftsmanship and customer service.
The kilt (once it arrived) was very good quality and overall happy. Hard to track, lots of time between order and 1st contact. Kilt itself worth the cost (about $90) but more than $45 to ship was a lot for the weeks I waited.

Perfect seams, sturdy buttons with those charming lion emblems – it was clear this was a genuine kilt jacket, built to last.
