I was eagerly looking forward to receiving my order within the promised 14-day timeframe. Unfortunately, I was informed that the items I ordered are no longer available. This has left me extremely disappointed, especially since I have had positive experiences with Scott Direct in the past. It's frustrating to see products listed for sale that can't be delivered. In the future, it would be helpful if your website accurately reflected stock availability to prevent such issues. While I appreciate the communication and prompt refund, I hope this feedback can help improve your service.

Good product (Werner adjustable step) and very quick next day delivery at no extra charge

I am still trying to return a pair of trainers but your website does not recognise the order number you gave me or my email address however, when I have emailed you I get a case number but no one is replying. This is my second email and case.

I would like your returns address and I am happy to pay for the postage so please reply to either case registered.

Great price - cheaper than the market leading online company, whose delivery for the same item was maybe being shipped from the rain forest given the time it would have taken to get it (weeks).
No such problem with Scott Direct - next day delivery. Fully recommend.

Looking for a Bare drill with no battery, Scottdirect came up trumps on price from a well named brand. Ordered on the Tuesday evening and delivered Free on Thursday. Cant beat that, great service, great prices and overall excellent experience. Wish all companies were this great

Bought evolution track saw kit with 2 extra blades on a Friday lunchtime, arrived Saturday morning perfect for me so 5 stars all the way.

They don't really deliver in 24 hours. It's basically not true.
Customers servide just end the call when I was trying to rise a complaint.

I ordered a chainsaw with a delivery time of 5 - 7 days, perfect I thought for that coming weekend. Order was confirmed however delivery never arrived within the the stated time frame. I did receive an email after my delivery date stating that they apologised but they didn't have my item in stock and issued an immediate refund.... Why I ask myself could they not have contacted me when I first purchased it instead of waiting after my delivery date to deliver this annoying news!

I ordered a table saw, the delivery was prompt and came the next day. I however realised that I'd purchased the 110V model instead of the 240V model, so I contacted Scott Direct and I organised to return the item and I then ordered the correct one. As soon as Scott Direct received the item back they issued a refund for me within an hour, so great service. Will definitely order from them again in the future.

I don’t normally do reviews but in Scott Directs case I will make an exception. You can tell the quality of a company by the way they handle a problem. I ordered a Evolution table saw from Scott Direct but it arrived damaged. When I contacted them they promised to replace the damaged parts and asked me to email them with photographs and a brief description of the damage.
They emailed back the following day saying that the parts would be dispatched that day.
The following day the parts arrived – problem sorted.
I am a happy customer and would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely great service from start to finish.
The best price by far for my DeWalt 18v router,super fast free delivery and when I found a part broken a replacement item was sent immediately with no fuss.

I've just bought a new Makita DAB site radio from Scott Direct. To be honest I was a little bit worried spending quite a bit of money with a company I've never used before but I really needn't have.
The radio itself was advertised as one of the cheapest on the net and I had it within 48hours of ordering.
I had 4/5emails confirming my order,dispatch time,tracking delivery etc within that time. I took up the option of having it delivered to my local Homebase store since I wasn't going to be home on the next day of ordering and it couldn't have been simpler.
All in all I can't recommend them highly enough and won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Very very poor service. Made an order nearly 3 weeks ago, only just received full order. Firstly i never received a confirmation email. 2 weeks went by so i sent an email regarding my order asking if its arriving soon. No response. I then call, being put through to different people to be told the person who deals with orders is not in (twice). I then get a call back saying its been sent to the wrong person. Finally, i receive my order a few days after. I then find they have sent an item which is the wrong size. So then i had to go through the rigmarole of sending that item back and now finally i have my order. Will not be using this company again and will definitely be telling friends and family not to use this company.

Annoying trying to get delivery. They have disabled leave with neighbour and safe place options. If your not in it goes to a click and collect. If I wanted to go to a shop to get my item I wouldn't shop online. Easy to find the many alternative shops who will make sure your item is delivered to you

I usually buy through Amazon but googled the item I wanted which was a Werner work platform. Scottdirect came in best price by far. You're always a bit nervous using a new supplier but happily suprised there was no delivery charge and it was delivered less than 24 hours later. Brilliant. Delighted I've found them for any future DIY projects I may have.
