As part of the Quality Trade Windows Ltd Group established in 1993, Scottish Bifold Doors is a family run business based in East Kilbride. We pride ourselves as a company that use only the highest quality materials for all of our products. Combining the best available aluminium extrusions – the German Schuco system – with Planitherm, the best performing energy efficient glass, we aim to create the very best products we possibly can, and all our doors have seals that are tailored to the Scottish weather. We do not and have never employed salespeople; our customers deal directly with the owners of our family business (now with 3 generations working within it) and are always welcome to visit our factory/showroom in East Kilbride. Whether you would like to see or try out our doors, or even just get some expert advice on options available, we’ll do our best to help. We are the only specialist Schuco residential manufacturer in Scotland. We do not undertake any commercial work and our engineers have been expertly trained by Schuco.

Purchased a 3 section XP-88 bi-folding door. From initial selection to install communication has been great. The install team took care with the install and took the time to adjust and ensure it was a quality job.
The company came recommended by a friend and i would happily get them back to do any future window/door replacements.
I bought schuco doors and window from scottish bi-fold doors in 2021. They have been great but needed adjustment, which you would expect after 4 years of use.
The company could not have been more helpful, they came out the next day and adjusted all the doors to ensure that they were functioning correctly.
There was no charge for this just a demonstration to great after sales service.
5 Years on and customer service is still a key priority to this company - Phoned in morning out in afternoon for a fault. Very pleasant engineer, fixed and replaced latch as per guarantee. If only more companies could be as efficient as Scottish Bi Fold Doors.
