Scrape.do Avaliações

The experience with Scrape.do is really good and the service they provided is appreciable and via their service i am able to scrape millions of data in affordable price and plus point of scrape.do is their support system , how fast they response to our query is very amazing.

Incredible product, works in situations I never even knew possible. Has been a huge relief for our development team.

We've been partners with Scrape.do for over a year now. I used to think that choosing a partner always meant picking two out of three: Price, Customer Support, and Service Quality. But that's not the case with them - you get the full package.

Customer Support - Their support is always available and friendly. They work on weekends and even during late-night hours. Simple issues are resolved within minutes, medium issues within half an hour, and even the most challenging problems within a few days. Their support uptime is as reliable as their proxies.

Service Quality - Scrape.do offers two types of services: an API gateway and HTTP proxies. We are heavy users of the HTTP proxy mode (our preferred choice). These proxies help us scrape around 92 domains under high load. They've overcome the most difficult targets in my experience - including Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack - and support handling 10-20 million daily requests to Amazon. If anything breaks, their support helps you resolve it without having to rewrite your entire codebase. The proxies are highly customizable, with options for country targeting, rendering, and screenshotting - saving us from managing a fleet of Selenium or Playwright machines.

Price - The pricing is very affordable. Our system makes 200-400 million requests per month, and the cost of both the quality of service and customer support fits well within our budget.

Overall, I'm very pleased to have found them. Their service lets me sleep at night, knowing that my automated scrapers keep running smoothly without hitting 403 errors or malformed data.

It's being an awesome experience working with scrape.do. They are a key part in our business, their inconditional help is priceless.

They took away all my credits right after I manually cancelled my subscription so I wouldn't get charged an extra month!

They are usually fast to answer Support, but after I asked them about this, radio silence! They must be avoided! I just lost 50 USD because of this!

Ive used scrape.do for over a year off and on now. These guys are awesome. Everything bypasses. Customer service is always prompt and the CEO even responds to tickets himself. Shoutout to Batu and Mert. Thanks guys well deserved review

One Word Perfect. I highly recommend everyone.

Outstanding customer service. They were instantly available for help. And the service they provide is also incredibly cheap compared to competitors. It's very easy and simple to use. It's also much faster and has a higher success rate than every other scraping service I have used. 10/10 would recommend.

The support team is fast. Any issues you suffer from will be solved quickly. Best scraping service by far!

Excelente servicio. Funciona muy bien scrapeando amazon. A mi parecer es el servicio con mejor calidad/precio. He probado mas de 15 proveedores diferentes y este ha sido el mejor.

Outstanding support!
Easy to use and less expensive than other providers.

The guys at Scrape.do are always available to solve issues and give explanations.

Great Chat Support! They know all about scraping compare to other API scraping services that needs to wait for 2-3 days to answer your question with nonsense. Scrape.do have the best scraping system and help me to make my application work. Kudos Mr. Batusan!

We use scrape.do to monitor local country Amazon product pages for changes. scrape.do has helped us tremendously in shortening the development time while improving the reliability of the results. At the beginning we needed some help with using geo-locations, but the customer service helped us immediately in live chat and worked out a perfect solution in just a matter of time!

I tried a lot of proxy API for some days (not gonna say the names, but really a lot...) and testing and implementing Scrape.do was the easiest thing ever, and the most satisfying because it just works since the development phase to the production one.
It's fast and easy, with a generous free tier plan, I can now focus on other part of my business for having more customers and then happily paying premium plans of Scrape.do !

Best proxy rotating API by far. I recently signed up for scrape.do's Pro membership to complete a complex scraping assignment.

My use-case was very complex, using Python and Selenium, and requiring geocoding, javascript rendering, and captcha bypasses. Not only was my success rate high given how complex the task was, the speeds were amazingly fast.

Most other scraping services did not even manage to perform a single scrape successfully! To top this all off, the customer support was prompt and reliable throughout. Even when I was still on the free tier, Batuhan was extremely generous with his time and gave me all the advice I needed to make my project a success. On average, I waited no longer than 5 minutes for a reply.

I highly recommend scrape.do for any scraping project which requires proxy rotation. They are a cut above the rest.

Easy to use, 99.99% success rate in 3M+ requests, ~2s avg. response time (without request interception etc.). Better than any rotating proxy I ever used in every way.

Unlike others, you're not redirected to X department (which responds in 30 days) when you want to pause your subscription etc. and technical support is not some freelancers that barely used the product. They respond within minutes

These guys stand above and beyond the rest of the crowd. With 24/7 support and a 99% success rate on even the most complicated sources, you have nothing to worry about. They will make sure you get your data all the time. Thanks again
