This is the second time we have used this company and they have provided consistently excellent customer service.
The payout offered for our items was good and money was in our bank in less than 24 hours of sending the items.

Fantastic company i explained to kirsty that i would like am appointment to visit because of the amount of gold i was selling this was sorted out without any fuss thankyou kirsty on arrival i was greeted and dealt with by a true gent who was very polite and explained everything from start to finish i used there online gold calculator on the website and was paid within a few hours straight to my bank and i was paid the amount that i was quoted online this is a fantastic company honest and true to there words please do not use local small shop gold buyers they will not pay you the going rate if i had used a local gold buyer i would have lost 1,200 pounds it was well worth the 3hr drive up and 60 pound of fuel, thank you so much and i will see you again in the future

I was sceptical due to ScrapGoldUK being an online service, however, they've provided a 1st class service. Posted Thursday at 4pm, received an amazing offer Friday just before midday and they put the money straight into my account! Would highly recommend!
