Please reward your staff

The lovely lovely lady and gentlemen who helped me in Barnsley Monday 31st of May need a promotion
I ordered the wrong test and was so stressed my son is ill in the USA I needed to get there ASAP I was so inset and flustered I couldn't do anything
These two lovely ppl Trish and her work mate sorry head is blank please please 🙏 tell them ty ty and give them both a reward 😊 you should be very proud to have such staff 😊.

Please DO NOT use

My wife and me booked 72 hour PCR home test kits following recommendation through from TUI website. We are both nurses and are familiar with swab sampling. We both had our samples rejected as ‘insufficient’ volume- not sure what odds are on that happening but I should have bought a lottery ticket that day. Complained and was totally mugged off by office junior. Very very annoyed. There is no comeback for these services. They rip us all off. I can only call out their poor performance in on line reviews, of which I am doing as many as possible. Simply do not use them - go elsewhere.

Do not use these people if your flight is on a tuesday

Bought 2 test kits to support a flight at 17:30 on a tuesday. Sample had to be taken too late for Royal Mail Priority collection on Saturday 3pm, so it was collected on Sunday. However (as I found out) Royal Mail 24 does not count Sundays so it was not sorted until Monday evening and only delivered to lab on Tuesday. Result came at 4am on Wednesday.
USELESS - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
Jamie and his helpers were no help at all and refused to refund for a service which is imposible to deliver (on a tuesday)

We provide complementary Royal Mail tracked 24 postage packaging with all our self-test PCR kits as well as offering a network of our own Drop boxes. This is to ensure all our customers have options to choose from when deciding how to get samples back to us. As Drop boxes are our own delivery network, we have greater control over ensuring samples delivered using this method, get to the lab either the same day or at the latest, next day (dependent on the time a sample is taken to a drop box). We do, however, recognise that our Drop box locations do not suit everyone. This is why the Royal Mail Tracked 24 option is offered as an alternative.

Unfortunately, delays are sometimes experienced by our customers when opting to use the Royal Mail option. The service Royal Mail offers is a 24-hour delivery aim, as per their terms and conditions.

We do however understand your frustration, this is why, for any customers who’s testing requirements are time sensitive, we recommend opting for one of our clinician performed test services or to use our one of our Drop boxes to get self-test samples back to us. This is outlined on our website.

Excellent Service - Highly Recommend

After being let down by Randox and needing a PCR test for a trip to Morocco we booked the test and it arrived the following day as promised. We did the test and as we didn’t want to rely on the post on a Saturday we drove the 30 miles to Barnsley and dropped off our tests. The results arrived the following day…….no issue and we would recommend them for future trips if PCR tests are still required

Long wait but then excellent service.

Took a long time for the call to be put through, but once it was answered the service was excellent. I talked to Sophie who understood exactly what I needed and her advice was accurate clear and precise. Her follow up was just as good, she looked out for the E-mail she requested and when she had made the corrections she sent a confirmation as promised. Thank you.

Fantastic Service

Fantastic service from Matthew at Screen4 Barnsley. Our airline has made 2 changes to our booking and Screen4 have sorted out our COVID testing with no problem.

I informed Jamie that although I had been told on the phone that there were plenty appointments available between 9.20 and 3.40 pm on 3rd March I was unable to book for 12 or12.30. I was advised to book a slot for 3.20 pm and then Jamie replied to say he would alter it to 12.30pm, which he kindly did.

PCR Test for Travel

Prompt delivery of test and quick turn around for obtaining results.
Telephoned the company a couple of times with questions which were answered in comprehensive detail. Found the staff helpful especially Phil.

Communications and Service

We ordered our PCR tests required for travel to St Lucia from Screen4 and have to admit that the service we have received has been excellent. There is ALWAYS someone on the phone to answer your queries and today when submitting our test details I had a problem with my date of birth (mistyped by me), I was able to speak to Phil, who quickly and pleasantly sorted out the problem for me. We will definitely recommend Screen4 to our friends.

Do Not Use Screen 4 Go Elsewhere

My pre holiday PCR sample was sent back with the envelope provided. It arrived 7 days later because Royal Mail lost it even though it was tracked(24hr). So I had to pay £160 to get a test done locally (because of the timeframe) even after I had paid screen4. Royal Mail said they would provide compensation but Screen4 would have to complete a form because they are the customer. After contacting Screen4 I received a long e mail from Millie Kirk customer service team leader stating that they wont fill in the form and it is my fault because I did not drive the sample up to Barnsley. The claim form could of been completed by Screen 4 if they had not spent so much time writing a 3 page e mail listing why they wont complete the Compensation form. They offer a service that is inadequate, and could of stated from the outset that I need to drive my sample up to your drop box rather than use Royal Mail 24hr Tracked. This is terrible service from Screen4 and I am one of many customers that have suffered this fate. Do not use this company if you want a guaranteed 72 hour turnaround for test results. Screen 4 are unwilling to help their customers when there is a problem with the service and they have your money.
Use any other test provider and you are most likely to have a better experience than me.

Please see reply which is absolute rubbish as Royal Mail said that I do fulfill the criteria for a claim. It's just that Screen 4 cannot be bothered to send me the claim form or complete it for me.

I recently ordered lateral flow tests…

I recently ordered lateral flow tests and also PCR tests.
The day before the government changed the rules I received the lateral flow tests which I can use.
But the PCR tests are no longer needed which I've not received.This was on 3rd January 22
Asked for a refund and I'm still waiting and they are charging £15 each off the tests which they are 3x tests.
Its disgusting and I would never recommend them to any one.

Website is disingenuous, fraudulent and factually incorrect with the service that they claim to provide. Staff are rude and totally unhelpful. Stay away from this feckless business.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They use Royal Mail Priority Post but don't bother to conform to Royal Mails conditions and thus don't seek compensation from Royal Mail when the items are lost/delayed. After 4days from posting, I had heard nothing, so asked for a refund. I was told that Screen4s TandCs show that they are not responsible for 'third party' delays. What nonsense, Royal Mail is their direct contractor and had a robust process been used, ie Royal Mails, then Screen4 could have claimed compensation and compensated me. Why should they though, its my loss not theirs. They treat their customers with contempt.
