The experience was pretty smooth. I booked an end-of-tenancy cleaning. The process for booking was easy. The team arrived at the allocated time and messaged me when they were done, providing pictures of the place. I also went in person a few hours later to check things out, and they said they were ok to wait for the payment until I fully checked everything in person. Overall pretty good.
One minor thing: When the cleaners left they left all the lights on. Which meant the lights stayed on until I arrived a few hours later to check the flat myself.

Fantastic, I have used end of tenancy cleaning companies before where communication was poor, but Scrubs were great, confirmed a few weeks from move out date and price agreed.

In terms of the clean itself, brilliant, my landlord commented on how good a job the team did. They arrived on time on the move out day and was seamless with no stress which is just what you need when moving!

Great service from start to finish. The communication over the phone and email with Mike and Lynn was clear, quick, and respectful. Pricing was fair and reasonable.

On the day of the cleaning a team of 4-5 cleaners arrived on time, I gave some instructions and left. I was notified about 20 mins before they were done and arrived at the property.

I was very pleased with the level of cleaning, very thorough, they managed to remove stains that I didn't think would come off. The team was very nice as well.

The only tip I would give to future customers is to be very clear on what should not go in the bin.

Thanks to Scrubs we got our entire deposit back!

Had a really good experience with Florina and her team. I booked the post builder cleaning service and they did a great job. It would have taken me ages otherwise. They were cooperative and were happy to redo something which I thought needed a bit more cleaning.

Easy to contact Scrubs, friendly service and easy booking and straight to the point. I am pretty pedantic about the cleaning. The individuals that came to clean the flat very straight to the point, friendly and they got on with it straight away. I left there to clean and I was impressed how clean they left the oven and the fridge. All very good standards. So very happy. I am not too sure how expensive it is compared to other companies, but the service is very good hence I definitely recommend it. Another thing, they were very punctual too.

The company is requesting video footage of a property, disregarding cleaning requirements for which images and video were provided. It is a cause for concern the request based on the market rate for similar services.

They were very efficient and on time and completely transformed the flat and all the nooks and crannies so we were able to get our deposit back.

Sunny has been a problem at New port data centre site in south Wales, he has been exhibiting a bad management skill at the site project. Picking up on people unnecessarily. He is not qualified to head any cleaning team.
