An efficient and pleasant transaction
Pre-sales email comms were prompt and pleasant. The drive was for sale at a very competitive price. The next day DHL delivery I chose arrived on time and tracking was provided. I'd happily return to scsishop next time I'm in need.

The order was easy and fine but
The order was easy and fine. The hard drive as well. The deliverery was too long (I paid 50 € for an urgent delivery and it took about 10 days). I did not see that the custom was to be paid before delivery (65 € for DHL).

The delevery was supposed to be 3-4…
The delevery was supposed to be 3-4 days, I got my disk in 10 days.
SCSI SHOP gave the parcel to the delivery company very quickly, they are not to blame, they should just indicate there may be delays for international shipping.

Thanks for taking time to leave some feedback Bruno, we will take this on board and may have to change the quoted lead times for shipments to the EU. Customs clearance and duties paperwork is now a horribly frustrating and intolerable task.
