I made the unfortunate decision to order from this company before checking the tp reviews.
That was my mistake for sure.
Paid 21 days ago,site states 14 working days for receipt of first draft proof of shirt.
No word from the company and when chased with an email was ignored and rang company mobile numerous times but never answered.
Sent a second email at end of the day stating I was terribly disappointed with the service and lack of communication and that I was going to contact my bank regarding reclaiming my money.
Then I received a response 6 minutes later saying they had missed my first email and that sending more than 1 email a day jams their inbox and to wait 24 hours for a response.
To be honest I will wait until the end of Monday (Friday now) to see if anything comes through and if not I will pursue the refund through bank.
I was offered a refund in the response I did get and asked not to contact the bank which I feel would just be a let off for them so feel getting the bank involved may be the better way so that the banks are aware they are taking money, giving timeframes which they don't stick to, ignoring customers who have paid and then spinning tales of being a small business. Don't take the orders then if you can't actually provide the service and £90 nearly for 1 custom shirt is far from cheap.
Now Monday evening still no contact and been ringing and now my account has disappeared as has my order in their order section.
I am contacting my bank and reporting to trading standards if I haven't had the refund I have demanded by 5pm..

Please do yourselves a favour and look elsewhere.

From initial contact to the development of my Darts shirt and delivery this has been nothing but absolutely brilliant.

Fully talked throughout all and the actual detail and finish of the shirt is absolutely fantastic.

I placed an order for a custom made surround on the 5th January 2026. Upon placing the order you get charged instantly and on the confirmation email there’s a “what happens next section”. In this section they advise you will receive your first mock up in 7 days. Perfect. 2 weeks passed and I received nothing, now I know the world championships had been on, demand is high etc fine. I emailed to chase up and was told (by a PA) designs are currently taking 3 weeks due to high demand. On 9th February after losing complete interest I chased up one last time and advised I’d been left with no choice but to take it up with my credit card company, miraculously my first mock up was sent within 10 minutes.

There was one issue I didn’t like about my design and advised them to remove writing and go ahead. After a further check I noticed a concept image had been used (for context it’s a Nottingham Forest themed surround) and they had used an image of a potential redeveloped stadium rather than true reflection. I emailed 14 minutes after receiving and pointed it out and requested the change. I then got a reply saying we have removed the writing and it has been sent to printers. The current wait is 4 weeks. I responded asking for them to confirm whether they had noticed my follow up email and was advised no, it cannot be changed as the design has been sent off. I fully accept upon glance of the initial design I asked for one change but I struggle to get my head around the fact that a request 14 minutes later with a wait time of 4 weeks cannot be amended.

I hate resorting to social media, however I commented asking if I could speak to someone higher up rather than a “PA” and my comment just got deleted.

Just shy of £100 down the drain for an 11 week wait on a surround that has 0 relevance to my initial design. Avoid.

Shocking service, ordered dart flights on the 30th November 2025. Received no communication, not even the design moc up. On the 17th December we were told the design would be ready within one week, but we did not receive anything. We followed this up again on 4th January 2026, and eventually received a design on 13th January. We were told it would take 2-3 weeks from this date, and today 3 weeks have passed and we are being told it will continue to take further time. 9 weeks since placing our order, we continue to have no product but have paid when placing the order.

I ordered a customised dartboard surround on 11th Dec 2025. Full payment was taken for the item when I placed the order.
I had not received any response other than the order confirmation, so I emailed them again on 22nd Dec for an update to be told they were very busy over Xmas. I emailed again on 13th Jan asking for an update as we need surround for end Jan only to be told they probably could not fulfil in this time.
Really disappointed with service and would not use again.
