SDJ Sports was founded in 2012 by three sports retail business professionals and keen sports enthusiasts who shared a common vision - to offer quality sports brands at all price points to worldwide customers using the latest technology available to them and to fully utilise their combined years of experience and supplier relationships in the sports retail sector. We initially began trading on the eBay platform, launching with about 20 products. Within three months and after a lot of hard work, SDJ Sports had become "Top Rated" sellers on the eBay platform and achieved "Titanium Power Seller" status. By autumn of 2013 we had also opened an amazon store and were launching our first website. The website has been a successful addition to our sales channels giving customers more information and contact options than we had previously enjoyed. SDJ Sports also recently invested in a fully integrated warehouse management software system, which is used by one of the UK's largest high street and online retailers. We made this investment in order to make dispatch as slick as possible. The system integrates all our orders from around the world into one place, from all our selling markets and this means we have a competitive advantage when it comes to getting your order to you as soon as we can.

Instead of 2 chains I got a torn…
Instead of 2 chains I got a torn envelope with an apology from royal mail.
Photod everything, including the royal mail apology and emailed all the photo evidence over to SDJ sports who won't replace the chains until royal mail respond, and SDJ sports won't tell me how long it will take.
Have had to pay for 2 more chains because its cheaper than waiting and the risk of a new drivetrain.

Apologies to hear about the issue with your order, unfortunately it looks like Royal Mail damaged the packaging and lost the items.
There were new claims rules brought in at the start of the year that unfortunately looked to of created some confusion in our customer service and Royal Mail themselves with how to deal with these issues.
Rest assured we took your comments on board and have improved our processes so this instance would not happen again.

What an amazing firm to deal with so knowledgeable, informative, helpful & friendly. You sometimes only know exactly how good a business is occurs when things go wrong and through no fault of there's whatsoever a few issues with the cycle carrier i ordered they have been fantastic and quick in contacting the manufacture to rectify the missing parts. There contact with us throughout and customer service has been simply nothing short of 5 star's. We are certainly going to use them again and would recommend this brilliant company to anyone.
