The price was excellent, the delivery was swift, and there was nothing to criticize.

I ordered 4 x 26" tyres & 4x 26" inner tubes on the 5th Jan.
The order arrived two days later but all the items were incorrect (4 × 24" tyres & 4 x 24" inner tubes.
Emailed SDJ Sports asking them to rectify this, the reply I received was as follows:
Morning,
Apologies to hear this, it appears there is a listing error on this item.
Could you please arrange to return these tyres back to us using the below returns link
Once these have been given to the courier could you please send us the tracking ID for the parcel and we can arrange for the replacement sets of 26” tyres with tubes to be dispatched to you.

So I did as requested, returned the item & sent the the tracking number via email only to receive the following reply:
Hi,
That’s great! Thank you for letting us know & your full refund will be processed as soon as it received into our warehouse.

Seems to me they're not interested
in good customer service just volume of sales!

Google searched for a bike part and this company came up at a great price, thought too good to be true, reviews all good so ordered, communication great, part arrived very quick, will use again, definitely recommended

Competitive pricing and very prompt delivery.

I had a spoke break on my rear wheel at 5am en-route to work.
It must have been fate, as a search that day found a Pro-Lite MD 20 wheelset on sale, with a big reduction on SDJ sports website.
Quick Google search was positive, made a phone call to SDJ and spoke with Jeanine , I wanted to know if the wheelset would be compatible with my bike , Jeanine was brilliant , she wasnt an expert, but if I emailed her all the details of my bike she would check it with someone who would know and get back to me.
A short time later one email returned telling me the wheels would fit , purchase completed, wheels set out and delivered two days later.
A bit of a longer review, but I was very impressed with the customer service from SDJ and Jeanine .
I would use them again for future purchases and would be happy to recommend them to friends and family alike.
