I have ordered from this company for a few years now and I love everything I have tried from them. They always are shipped quickly and high quality.

Great Product. Safe Ingredients is so important.
You folks are sticking to the basic "natures best"
and staying away from "harmful chemicals and chemical build up on the hair and unsafe for the scalp". Thank you for doing it right. I notice quite a better improvement in the texture of my hair and my scalp does not itch. Thank you.

My shipping address was incomplete on my order so naturally the product was returned to the shipper and when I was notified by the carrier I called Sea Kind and explained my error. The owner (these days it’s almost unheard of to speak with a person when calling customer service much less the company owner) couldn’t have been kinder and immediately overnighted me another face cream free of charge! I love the product and couldn’t be happier with the customer service!

Amazing products at a very affordable price point. I am in my late 20s and hopefully I would age gracefully with Sea Kind! Just wished I have found out about this brand earlier! But I believe nothing is too late! Please do not ever disappear! Love the giving back program, God bless y'all!

I love the ingredients in their day and night cream! Leaves my face feeling incredibly hydrated.

I have been using Sea-Kind facial, lotion, and sunscreen products for several years and I am greatly impressed with the results. I am in my 70’s and my skin feels so smooth since I began using Sea-Kind. Also, my hands used to get sun spots on them but the Alive sunscreen has taken care of that. I especially like that the environmental group highly rates all of their products.

Great product! Took less than a week after placing the order that I got it in the mail.

I set up an account to purchase from the store. I clearly have both my billing and shipping addresses included. I paid though Amazon, and my order is being shipped to my billing address. It could have been something I did, but it's very annoying.

Edit: (added one star for quick reply) Customer service replies quickly and I could have placed the order incorrectly. Both my addresses are in my account at sea-kind.com. I will be able to pick up my order at my billing address, it just requires extra travel for me. I’m very excited to try the facial products.

I guess double checking the info Amazon used when placing the order using them for payment processing.

I was gifted 2 products that I love! (The lavender lotion and bath salts)
There were samples for the Brilliance shampoo and conditioner sent with them. I ordered the set. What quality these all of these products are. A little bit goes a long way. The sample was enough for 3 shampoos, but I used too much based on cheap shampoos! What a lather! With cheap, chemical laden products, a lot more is needed. It is more cost effective to purchase quality products, not to neglect saying they are better for our health.

As always, the customer service is top notch and the products are fantastic.

The box was originally sent to the wrong address, but Ted has been very helpful in getting the package shipped to the right place.

I did not like the conditioner product and requested a return. I followed after no response and still didn’t get a response.

Sea Kind products are amazing. I use the shampoo/conditioner, body lotion, and the whole face care line. The body lotion goes on nicely without feeling greasy and moisturizes my skin as well as if not better than other lotions. The night cream is thick without being heavy and feels light on my skin. The anti-aging serum is like magic in a bottle. I have received compliments on my skin lately so I know it's doing something right!
Sea Kind's customer service is top notch. They go above and beyond.
I will be a customer for life.

The product arrived quickly and I really like the conditioner! They included a shampoo also and that is fantastic as well. Cleans but not too harshly, and the conditioner leaves my hair in really nice shape. Better than some others. And I love that its ingredients looked to be safe. The fragrance is light and pleasant. Not too strong at all.
