Sealeys Walker Jarvis Avaliações

I am a commercial Landlord in Gillingham High Street. Sealeys have proved friendly, enthusiastic and efficient in letting and managing 4 units at a difficult time.

I recently came across Sealeys when I was looking to rent my property out, Holly came out to run through the process with me and within a week of this we had a lovely tenant ready to move in, I can’t believe how efficient the team was and stress free for myself, Thank you Holly and Elliott for all your help I would highly recommend Sealeys Walker Jarvis if you want a great service. I also must mention Lesley Odell she was a breath of fresh air and very professional.

Fantastic team. I would highly recommend using them.

They have gone above and beyond to help me and make the whole process a lot smoother.

Very professional , friendly , and accommodating throughout the whole process.

Sealeys Walker Jarvis have been a very effective partner to my business partner and I over the last ten years letting our property in Gravesend, and we've enjoyed a series of largely trouble free tenants.

In 2021 they supported a sale of the property, their team's good judgment in recommending our buyer was appreciated, and led to a smooth sale process.

For my first time ever moving into my own place sealeys estate agents were amazing and very friendly. I was always updated with everything going on and would highly recommend sealeys for anyone wanting to move or sell and I would like to also say a big thank you to holly and Caroline for making everything easy going and being so helpful.

Thank you for a superb, efficient and friendly service, at a difficult time selling our Mother’s home. We would highly recommend Sealeys Estate Agents. A special thank you to Debbie for keeping us all informed on the sale throughout. There was nothing that was too much to ask. Kind regards Ken

The lettings team at Sealeys have been amazing in helping us move. Both Caroline and Holly were communicative and helpful throughout the viewing and referencing stages, keeping me updated and ensuring I understood what was needed from me and what was going to happen next. The process took less than a week and any difficulties were cleared-up by the team rapidly. I would definitely recommend Sealeys to anyone looking for an efficient and easy rental process.

I was looking for a property to rent for a very long time, I came across Sealey’s and they were so friendly and helpful from the very beginning. The process was so quick and they were really accommodating to my needs, especially Holly, who dealt with me. Even now that I’ve moved into my new hone, they’ve been very supportive of me and I’ve been able to call or email whenever I’m unsure of anything and they are very quick to help.

Extremely professional service, we discussed our expectations and were supported throughout by Debbie Bannister at Sealeys to achieve our goals, pro active plus speedy responses at all times, outstanding.
On completion we even received an unprecedented home movers box, which amongst other things includes wine and snacks, a welcome surprise on the moving day.
We cannot thank the Sealeys team at Gravesend enough, they made a challenging time much, much easier.
Without doubt they would now be our first port of call for an estate agent.

Outstanding, Professional and a highly knowledgeable team. The agent who dealt with our commercial matter was Lynn Hewson, we found her to be prompt with communication, super friendly and kind. We are so impressed and so grateful for all the assistance. I absolutely would recommend using Sealeys and I am confident you wouldn't regret it.

I have recently moved out of my property which was managed by Sealeys, I cannot express enough how helpful they were throughout the whole tenancy and even more so at the end of the tenancy, they went above and beyond to help me in what was a really stressful time. I cant thank them all enough, First Class Agents

I recently rented a property through sealeys gravesend and couldn’t have asked for better service. This company was extremely helpful in the whole process from finding a property to live in to helping with a handful of problems at the property in a very quick and efficient manner and when it came to vacating the property due to the landlord selling they were most sympathetic to our situation and helped try to find us a suitable property to move too. During these times with COVID this company were still easy to contact and helped as much as possible during a stressful time I couldn’t recommend a better estate agents if I tried. thank you to all the staff

I recently rented a property through Sealeys and it was the most quick and efficient process anyone could ask for. I was in with my 2 children in less than 2 weeks. Chris and all the team including Holly were remarkable. They were so kind and personal and made me feel like a worthy tenant. My situation was slightly different and nothing was a problem to them. I am so so grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

I can highly recommend Sealeys. From the initial valuation through to completion they were so helpful in every possible way. Even throughout lockdown Debbie was there to reassure us despite having to work from home.
I love the way they are so friendly but professional.
I know estate agents really do get negative feedback but Sealeys certainly earned their commission and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Michael runs a very professional ship! Sealeys supported me through every stage of my flat sale. Debbie was brilliant with regular updates, progressing the sale with the buyer and solicitors and proactively helping to resolve any minor issues along the way. I am happy to recommend Sealeys Estate Agents and would not hesitate to return to them in the future. Thank you to the team, KC.
