We unfortunately had to cancel our trip due to Covid-19. Ben was incredibly accommodating and he immediately refunded our money. I hope to spend time at his lovely flat sometime in the near future. Thanks again Ben!

The service from searchastay was great, I had booked an apartment that was no longer available. They contacted me at once and we sorted it out. I was presented with alternatives and picked one that satisfied my needs.

Je suis déjà à mon deuxième jour de vacances dans cette magnifique villa.
Ce qui m’a marqué le plus dans cette expérience est l’organisation de la réservation à l’arrivée sur les lieux.
À mon arrivée j’ai été reçu ma famille et moi-même pour la visite des lieux .

Les prestations sont identiques à celles proposées.
C’est une première pour moi et je pense que je continuerais à réservé mes vacances familiales avec ces professionnels Qui privilégie le côté humain

Ou trip to New York was booked in February before the pandemic was in full swing. This trip was booked for my anniversary with my husband. Booking this property was so easy and any time I had a question it was answered quickly. They were so accommodating in every way. Unfortunately due to Canadian travel restriction we can no long proceed with our plans for our anniversary so we’ve had to cancel our trip. We had zero issues canceling and it was done quickly and with great kindness. When we are able to book again, I will absolutely choose to book with Searchastay and Ben again. We can’t wait to visit New York and to stay at this prime location!

They were so quick with their responses and were very understanding. We had to cancel our trip and they responded right away to our request to do so and refunded our full amount. We will definitely feel comfortable renting from them again.

Excellent customer service both at the time of booking as well as answering questions prior to the vacation. Unfortunately we had to cancel due to recent world events and travel restrictions, and that was handled exceptionally well also.

First of all.... SearcaStay was fantastic!! I must elaborate though (for those that will really read this.) on our entire experience. We had 2 nightmare experiences that same day with 2 other potential properties. Both neither clean nor safe. We were in a real bind. (Side of the road in Manhattan, with no accommodations set up with my husband and 2 kids.) SearchaStay's option was a little out of our budget, but we were desperate. So I reached out with less than 2hours to a show we had already booked. SearchaStay's agent were very quick to respond and accommodate us last minute. I had quite a few questions and concerns that needed addressing and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the property and area. They accepted our reservation and we were quickly put in contact with another agent to get the keys. After telling the agent we were running for a show, the original hour wait for him to get to us, quickly changed to 30 min. The agent dropped what he was doing and got right to us. SearchaStay's agent was so nice when he greeted us and proceeded to helped carry up our very heavy bags. Not doing one load, but did 2 trips up the 2 flights of stairs to help me get into the space in time to make the show. (BTW...., we made the show.)The apartment was perfectly located for us and anyone wanting to be truly central. SearchaStay property was the best! It was easy walk to all things necessary when away from home. i.e. Starbucks, pharmacy, food, nightlife. All within a short walk. As a picky Cali traveler with 4+ million miles, I am pretty hard to please. SearchaStay had exactly what we needed and the photos were a perfect representation of the way it looked. So what you see in the photos is real. I hope this review helps anyone looking to push their budget a little and give this wonderful company a chance or second look. It’s well worth the money. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you SearchaStay. It was a pleasure being your guests:)
