Not only did they assist me in finding the perfect apartment to downsize into, they also helped in sourcing a real estate agent to sell my old property, a solicitor to review & prepare all contracts and a finance broker to assist with a loan. I found Ian the Consultant I dealt with to be highly reliable, honest, trustworthy and went above and beyond to assist me to ensure everything went smoothly. After speaking with numerous builders/sales consultants, I had lost hope as they advised that they were unable to assist me until my existing property was sold. Ian was able to find a solution whereby I was able to secure my new property without having to wait. Purchasing our property was a breeze thanks to the support & guidance provided by the team at Search Residential. What we found most helpful was that our consultant didn't try to sell us any old property, but rather took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for and then presented a range of suitable alternative properties. This is vastly different from the experience we had with other real estate companies, who simply tried to push us to buy the property they just happened to have available at the time.

In addition, we found it particularly helpful that Search Residential was able to refer us to a fantastic Finance Broker and Conveyancer, so that the loan application process and contract signing/understanding was a breeze.
