I just got off the phone with my bank to tell them I'd been scammed since nothing had arrived from my order 9 June, no email confirmation and phone number doesn't connect, and terrible reviews here. They said I have to wait 30 days.
Knock at the door - it's only the bloody seat belt extender I ordered! Perfectly fits my Vauxhall belts and seems pretty well made. Comms could be better, but a decent price for a fair quality product with a 9 day wait. Can't really complain.

Be careful when you order, there is another company with a link very similar to Seatbelt Belt Extender Pros which is a scam.

Would give zero stars if I could. Fake company. Replied so quickly when I asked about a product, but have ignored 3 emails asking my product is. Still not received a month later. Have opened a dispute with my bank. I went with them as the website looked so official and they had all the safety guidance, but it's a scam. Avoid like the plague!

I enquired by e mail about a specific fitting for my Mini - middle rear seat.
They confirmed they could provide and I ordered accordingly. As per other reviews a general fitting arrived ( which I could have purchased in many place) and they failed to respond to my request for a refund - Suggest you avoid these people - A rip off

Inputted details of vehicle this was required for. Order acknowledged stating vehicle Make & Model ordered for. Received a generic chinese item that doesn't fit and could have been bought elsewhere at half the cost. My vehicle was NOT on their incompatible list. Ignored email complaint, no resolution offered.

Avoid. It’s a scam.
They emailed very promptly when I asked about delivery details.
Once I ordered I never got confirmation and they ignored all my further emails.
Phone number does not connect.

I emailed these scammers with a picture of my seatbelt connector with a tape measure by it so they could see size, they emailed back saying they could supply that size, when it came it was the same universal size I had tried from ebay. So from the start they were going to rip me off. They now won't reply to email to arrange return, the phone message keeps saying can't connect. Underneath the evril label it looks like it com from cheap Chinese site. When you go to bank app your payment goes to sestbeltextenders Canada not co.uk, have opened a case with.bank but being it's gone to Canada not very.hopeful.

Do not use this company. Bought a seatbelt extender December 25, did not work contacted them three times, automated system. Did not get back to me at all, possible scam company. Again do not let them get your money.

They do not answer the phone its a bot, they do not respond to emails. No confirmation that they received my order and yet they took the money. Contacting my bank to arrange a charge back.

Paid the money 10 days ago and no order, tried email-no reply, tried message from website-no reply, tried phoning-no reply.

Not even good enough for 1 star.

Why are people allowed to get away with this.

As the other reviews, my 2018 Nissan Leaf was not on the 'incompatible' list, it doesn't fit, and the company does not respond to emails. (Emailed asking for a delivery update, nothing, emailed asking about the fit, nothing and that was 7 days ago).

I would say to anyone thinking of buying from this company to beware. I ordered 3 seatbelt extenders online for our Toyota Avensis (not on the list of incompatible cars - no dimensions are given, so this list was all I had). They arrived a few days after the order was processed and money taken. One extender fits in the front, great. The two for the back do not fit. I emailed the company 3 times within the 14-day cooling off period allowed by Consumer law, asking for replacement or refund for the two useless extenders. I have not had the courtesy of a reply. Not a word. Meanwhile I tried the two useless extenders in our Vauxhall Astra, but although this is also not in the list of incompatible cars, they do not fit anywhere in it. As far as I can see, this company have no intention of refunding me, even though I have a legal right to a refund. So, as they do not give dimensions, have an unreliable list of incompatible cars, and do not reply to emails if something is wrong, I would avoid this company. In my opinion, they are clearly not bothered by such unimportant things as customer satisfaction, as long as they get your money.
