After submitting my contract I was told that my “reservation” was given away. I sent an email explaining my displeasure with their service and they respond by threatening to put me on a transportation blacklist. Seems a bit extreme over an email explaining displeasure in service.

Requested quote for 4 hour shuttle in June and booked last week. The reservation was for September. Today company calls to say they have a 6 hour minimum during that time and will not honor the original contract, they are almost booked for that time so I better make the change quickly. I have never had a contract altered after signing. If I made a mistake on the contract I would honor it. "Customer Service" representative says that contract not valid and they haven't charged yet so they can change however they want. Unbelievably poor service.

I rented a 56 passenger "Luxury Coach" for a day trip from Indianapolis to Lexington, KY for a work event at the horse races. There was poor customer service leading up to the trip but that is the least of the problems we experienced. When the bus arrived, it was immediately clear we got a bait and switch vehicle. The bus itself was at least 10-15 years old and it had nearly 600,000 miles on it. The list of issues is rather long: bathroom light did not work, bathroom was incredible dirty, the AC vents did not work on 1/2 of the bus, the audio did not work for the radio/DVD player, and there was a lingering smell like an old house. Worst of all, the engine on the bus began to fail on the ride home, so instead of a 3 hour trip, it took nearly 5 hours because the engine couldn't get passed 50 mph! (In some cases we were stuck at 25mph!!) I informed the company and received no response from them. The only reason they are receiving 2 stars is because the driver was as nice as he could be in the circumstances. It was not his fault; this company is a sham.

We have used this company for our corporate events at Kucumber Skin Lounge and loved it! They offer variety of options to best help us with our needs, drivers were always on time and vehicles were always in top condition for our teams. We loved their customer service and will use it again and again for all our company's needs! Very much recommend it for any corporation looking for transport to support their events and/or traveling arrangements. As a bonus, their dispatchers are very personable and have a great sense of humor to help navigate through all our needs. Give them a call and see for yourself - easy, convenient and very professional!

My family and I use this company for 6 year now, and we'll never call anyone else! I'll describe only our latest experience: We were so tired after "endless" 14 hour flight, and we couldn't wait to get home asap. We had a reservation with Seattle Best Limo, so we called them, and our car was there literally in a minute!! That was a mood setting service with a real professionals! Alex the driver, customer service people, great car - we had a happy ride home. As always! (BTW, over the years, I've recommended Seattle Best Limo to everyone I know :) Thank you guys and God bless you!!
