Good tour for some Seattle flavor!
Good tour guide and believable stories! Would definitely recommend Zach and this tour. The bonus stops after the initial tour are worth the extra money and time!

Here a ghost there a ghost….nah just kidding!
Although I thought our guide was very nice and animated I was thinking it was gonna be more like ghost stories. I feel like he was telling us about the history of everything and then throwing in “and bodies were up there they say a ghost might be in there.”
Not at all what I expected.

The storyteller
The storyteller, Dan, was really good and had a lot of energy and enthusiasm about the tour. He was very personable and even made "dad type" jokes during the tour. He balanced moving the tour along with making sure that everyone was comfortable. He definitely made the tour memorable. We learned a lot of history about Seattle which was really neat.
The only thing that I would change is the directions about where to begin the tour. It should clearly be indicated that it is outside the main entrance to the Four Seasons Hotel where you can SEE the ferris wheel (not in front of the ferris wheel). This made it a big stressful to have to run back up the stairs at the last minute. This was not Dan's fault but a communication that could be improved with the tour company.

Sinister Sins, Scandal, and Shadows: Seattle Ghost Tour
This tour was informative and fun. Zach, the tour guide gave a good account of the crime stories that lace Seattle’s history and evoked real curiosity from our small group. I would recommend this tour and even more exploration after. I’m not afraid of ghosts but that Gum Wall was pretty scary!

We are not in the business of scamming anyone, and as you can see from our other reviews, we are a reputable tour company with a lot of great feedback from guests. This tour did operate as scheduled with other guests in attendance, so we aren't sure what happened here. That being said, it's unfortunate to hear of this situation and we understand your frustration. We see that you have been refunded by Viator, so we are glad this issue has been resolved. We hope you're able to join us for a tour in the future, so that we can have the chance to show you the excellent service we are known for.

I enjoyed my Seattle Ghost Tour with Rob. Even as a local, I learned a lot about Seattle's history from the darker side. We had a nice group with good interactions. I could hear Rob's stories well. It was interesting to get this perspective and enjoyed the storytelling. I would definitely recommend this tour for both locals and tourists. It was fun to reconnect with Seattle and Pike Place Market in a whole new spooky way. Thanks!

This Seattle coffee tour was so fun and…
This Seattle coffee tour was so fun and informative! I would recommend it to both locals and visitors. I enjoyed going around to the local coffee spots in and around Pike Place Market and trying their coffee! I learned so much of the history of coffee and Seattle's imprint on the coffee culture we know and love today. Our guide Zack knew so many facts about coffee and Pike Place Market and that kept the tour interesting.
