Secret Warehouse Avaliações

I love my new shoes. Unique. Timely delivery, esp. at Christmas.

We have been delighted with every purchase we have made from Secret Warehouse. Each item has arrived, well packed and promptly and has been exactly as described. Once, an envelope arrived, that somewhere in transit, had been cleverly slit open and the item removed. When I sent a photograph of the empty envelope, Secret Warehouse kindly replaced the stolen item.

I NEVER give a 5 . I love the cup.

I ordered the black and white sugar skull slip ons. The delivery took longer than I expected but they sent an email to let me know that there was a delay and that the order was still in line. The pair that arrived were too small, so I contacted their customer support. I was told that they would send the next size up and to keep the ones I had. A couple of weeks later, I had the correct size. They fit but are a little stiff for my taste. I still wear them if I don’t have to do a lot of walking and get lots of compliments. Bottom line:
Shoes are cute but not as comfortable for me as I’d like AND their customer service rocks!

I have loved my experience with the company. Their customer service was fast, efficient and great overall. I really appreciate their approach to making customers happy.

Only gave 1 star because I had to so I can leave a review. Terrible experience and left me knowing I got ripped off. I ended up donating the shoes to charity, but they were so bad I feel guilty doing that.

Ring came is beautiful but it was the wrong size with just 1 simple email no bs they got a new one on it's way to me at no charge I'd do business with them again in a heart beat they really care about their customers

The til death ring is gorgeous but it turned the finger green . The customer service rep amanda, went way above and beyond any I have ever experienced.i would definately recommend this store to anyone.
