I contacted Secure-Choice as my Bupa medical cover was coming up for renewal and the fees had gone up as they do every year. Jamie did a lot of legwork but due to existing conditions, was unable to find a company to take myself and my wife on. However, in the process, Jamie did get Bupa to reduce their cost significantly. Thanks so much for the excellent service, I'll definitely be getting back in touch next year.

I received a renewal quotation from my existing health insurance provider, that was more than double the previous costs.

I spoke to Jamie from Secure Choice and asked him to provide some quotations. He came back with 3 quotes, all of which were considerably cheaper and provided the same or greater cover. All were well known ,major health insurance providers.

I now have more comprehensive cover for less money than last year.

In 2025 I was contacted by Ashley at Secure Choice who asked me if they could assist with our private health policy renewal. Unlike so many other salespeople who contact you, Ashley seemed genuine, knew his stuff and was not pushy. After agreeing we started working with Jamie who is one of the advisers. I simply cannot praise him enough for his assistance throughout the renewal process. We were contacted by Secure Choice initially to see if we could save any money on our renewal with our then private medical insurer.
