I have been a customer to conGateway for a few years now and I still remain amazed at the professionalism and quick response time of the customer service staff, especially so during the current crisis we find our self=ves in.. A great group of people, always ready to assist. I do not have very many issues, but when I do, they are solved quickly and efficiently. Keep up the good work and stay safe and healthy.

Had already shipped 2 parcels ( made up of about 8 individual parcel ) to me In Singapore ! Made use of their onebox service and really managed to cut down on the overall shipping fee due to the lowered volumetric weight ! Very active in live chat where you'll get all your queries answered ! Had a parcel misdelivered and they stepped up their game and volunteered to call the courier for me as it is too expensive for me to make overseas call ! Their customer service is really great and they make people feel assured that no matter what issue , they'll resolve it for us ! Shipping fees are generally reasonable as they've many promotions and it is just really so much cheaper to shop from the US . they're also very polite and approachable in the live chat ! Would definitely only ship with CGW ! A total of about 10 - 12 parcels in 2 months speak great volume about their business ! For those who are skeptical , do not worry ! They're 5 stars in their business ! Fret not and use them as your number 1 forwarders !

Great! Been using their service for 2 years now. In fact, my first experience shipping from the US was with Comgateway too and since then, I never looked for any other forwarding company. Can you tell how much I trusted them? Hope there will be more promos for international shipping after this. I’m gonna stay loyal to you guys no doubt 👍🏻

Needed an RMA package to be shipped (original store didn't ship to my location) and used comGateway's service. They helped me clear up the shipment value declaration in no time (considering it is an RMA). Package arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely use the service again in the near future.
