I paid for crate which was 300 then asked insurance 598 now they 1200 for something else waste of time and a scam!!!!
Incompetent is a under statement...

Nightmare experience with this company. They hired a trucking company named Astra Lines to ship my car from AZ to VA.

From day one, it has been a disaster! Astra Lines produced a fraudulent Bill of Lading (BOL) and Secure Auto Shipping took no action. I was able to secure an accurate BOL, but things only got worse.

Neither Secure Auto Shipping nor Astra Lines communicated proactively when delivery date after delivery date was missed. And, while they’ll rudely reply via text making excuse after excuse, they won’t take calls.

I paid this company nearly double what other brokers had quoted as they were referred to me and the peace of mind was worth it, but turns out they’re just scam artists offering ZERO customer service. My broker, Ross, told me he didn’t have time to deal with my situation because he was out to dinner - this is after they missed delivery on Tues, then Wed, then promised Fri/Sat and missed both of those, too - without ever warning me until I reached out to them.

Communication is horrible and they’ve offered no compensation for the nearly week-long (so far) delivery delay. They also aren't honoring the "100% customer satisfaction" guarantee they have on their website.

If you've been wronged by this company, I encourage you to do as I've now done and file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Florida Attorney General's Office, and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) so that other's don't fall prey to their unscrupulous business practices.

Steer clear of this company!

On time pick up, on time to predicted delivery, great driver (Mitch, was very careful with our shipment).
Ross Abraham was very helpful and efficient as we had an unusual shipment. He handled it with ease.
Very competitive and fair pricing.

Terrible company, they post loads under the name Secure auto shipping 1, but send it under Relocation GURUS and never pay, be careful, don’t fall for this

These guys are scammers and double brokers, don't work with them pls, they send the contract from relocation gurus, SCAM

They robbed me and my family.
Was supposed to transport a vehicle for me but never show up. Police found out that they sold my car in Mexico. Highly not recommend to work with this scammers.

My daughter put a deposit down and secured a spot on the trailer. The day has arrived for pick up and absolutely NO communication on their part as to who the driver is or when they plan on picking up. I wish she would of read the reviews before she used this company. Luckily for her that her pops has the time and resources to make it Hell for these people if they don't follow through.

Gave us runaround for 11 days, posted $300 "deposit" with no carrier contacted. Multiple lies on phone, agent "Mike" went invisible, "dispatcher" Mindy had many excuses including, out of office, family issue, death in family. Disappeared for 2 days, would not return phone calls, texts,

Secure auto shipping took my deposit failed to pick my car up in the time frame they gave me.. found another company and they refused to give me my deposit back.. straight run around no return phone calls for over a month.. scam

BUYER BEWARE! I HAD TO REPORT THEM TO THE BBB. THEY TOOK MY DEPOSIT, DIDN'T PICK MY CAR AND LIE ABOUT REFUNDING ME. THEY RUN YOU AROUND IN CIRCLES WITH NO RESULT AT THE END. THEY'RE CROOKS, USE SOMEONE ELSE. SAVE YOURSELF!!!

I received multiple quotes from Auto Shipping Companies.

They will lie to you with nice new looking truck photos and videos on their website as if this is what you can expect.

They will make promises they can't deliver only to get a booking fee.

They are nothing more than a man or woman with a computer who will post your request on a job board hoping someone--anyone--will accept the job regardless of their truck, skills, experience, reliability or even honesty.

Secure Auto Shipping will even send you an email, as I had them do, stating that my vehicle would would be a two-day transport and this is why they charge more. Another LIE. I finally received my SUV on the 6th day after booking (no weather issues) and I learned that three (3) different people's name were involved with my transport...THREE! Maybe this explains why my interior seat and door were mauled by greasy hand prints.

I wish I had the ability to post the photos I took of the ragged-out 4-car trailer pulled by an old pick-up from New York to Georgia. Rotten looking tires with one tire having a dangerously large rip.I paid them the highest quote for their promised difference.

Just take the lowest bid...they're all the same and do the same, just post your transport an award it to the lowest bidder. These brokers online all do the same thing but try to convince you to pay more. Don't buy it.

"Javier" sold me the BS. Their Supervisor, Sebastian, wouldn't take or return a call. "Cindy," a nice lady, tried her best to clean up this mess. Thanks, Cindy!

Secure autoshipping has a past due Account with Machinex Tading llc for amount of $980. Pay my drivers, you wont get rich by robbing hard working drivers.

I was quoted 3 prices for NH to FL and instead of honoring the lowest price ($900, $939, $963) they charged an even higher price ($975).
Mike told me it would take 3 days to deliver, it took 5 days.
Mike is very, very nice on the phone, he hooks you in, then it turns out he was dishonest. I do not recommend.

My motorcycle from Oklahoma arrived in perfect condition and on time! Very appreciative for the great service.
