Good communication from start to finish. Had initial quote in July and returned to them in December and agreed a good price for 3 windows, porch windows and composite front door. The time between paying the deposit and installation was quick, even with having the Christmas break slow things down. Installation was efficient and the two guys worked hard to get most of the work done in one day, with finishing touches on the second. Happy with everything.

I was looking to get some windows replaced and get new ones. So came across this company and booked with them for a quotation. The guy who came in for measurements was nice and respectful initially but then eventually tried selling the windows at the spot which made us a bit uncomfortable as we wanted to research before finalising to who to go with. Then he rang his manager to ask for a discount on the price that he gave us, just to get a yes from us. Strangely, that quote that we got was only eligible if we said yes at the spot, if not, then they might go up the very next day which was very strange.

When we initially got the quote the website had some discounts of 30 - 40% but now it is upto 65%, so I enquired again and i was told on the phone today that if I say yes on the phone then I can get a discount if not then I will have to go with my existing quote.

I dont know how that works as all the major and reputable companies provide discounts clearly and they mention about the number of days that someone can get a discount.

The work done was of good standard .Naz and his team were very helpful and did a very thorough work I would recommend this company to family and friends .

Had door fitted yesterday , got to say fitters were brilliant Adeel did lovely job , very happy.

Went with this company as they had best price and least pushy salesmen. Did me a great deal, took less than 6 weeks from measuring to install and the workman was polite and cleaned up after himself.

There were a few very minor issues noticed after install and they were back out within the week to fix them.

Adeel and Sam who came to fit our bi-fold door and front and interior porch door were really friendly and professional in their work and did a very thorough job. They worked on until late to get the job finished in a day and we are really pleased with the end product.

All of our involvement with Secureglaze Reps prior to the fitting (Sales, Surveyor etc) was stress free and there was no pressure put on us.

All in all an excellent experience and we would thoroughly recommend the company

I came across Secure windows by accident. Having many companies and quotes, I went with secure on price plus 10 years gaurentee. The rep was very informative about the windows and locks he gav3 me a quote and left. I took awhile for my windows to be delivered but I am very pleased with all of them. My fitters where Adele and Hardeep to polite and so professional a credit to secure Windows. They were on time and worked all day cleaned up. I would have no hesitation in recommending the fitters and the company to anyone. Keep up high standards.

I came across Secure Glaze and was sceptical, after having had many bad experiences, but did not regret it for one moment.
I had a great start with the company with the representative AJ who came out for the appointment, measured up the windows and doors required very efficiently, priced them up and left me with a quote without any fuss or sales pressure.
After some thought I wasn’t sure about the style of the composite door I had chosen, so contacted AJ again, he made arrangements to come out and see me again at a suitable time, and spent some time with me, helping me choose the right door for my needs, I am extremely pleased with the final result! Thank you, AJ, for your time and patience!

The fitters - Nasa and team have been amazing, were very professional, and cleaned up as they went along.
The whole experience was excellent from sales to installation. The windows and doors are very good quality and were installed efficiently.

We had a conservatory refurbishment which many companies did not undertake. Secure glaze UK however made this possible by installing new glass which was A rated and we also changed the perspex roof to a heat reflecting glass so that we can use our conservatory more during the winter months. Great job and will definitely recommend.

The customer service and care right from the sales man to Michael in the office and the installation team would definitely use Again if the need arose.

We have had an excellent experience with Secure Glaze. Starting with the salesperson, AJ, who visited our property and had a thorough look at the windows. Gave options, but did not apply any force on us signing with them on the day (We ended up signing up there and then as the price was so good and AJ was very personable).

The surveyor that visited a few weeks later was very friendly and went through all the measurements. He was aware there were time constraints in the visit due to pre-existing appointment, and was very considerate of this. We even changed the design on a couple of windows, but it was no trouble for them.

There was regular communication with Michael in the office and he was also supportive when discussing installation.

The installation team on the day were friendly, caring and polite. They arrived at 9am and started removing the old windows and within no time at all the new frames were fitted. Naturally there was mess, but this is to be expected when fitting windows, and the team worked hard to clean up after themselves! They never took a break, only to have a few cups of tea and coffee. The finish of the frames and windows look excellent and the finishing of the trim and caulking is very good also.

I would definitely recommend Secure Glaze to friends and family.
