Absolutely fantastic company to work with. Cali was my service rep and she is so patient and kind. She totally understood where I was coming from. She did everything she could to get me the best consolidation loan, went all out for me, and kept working it until we got where I needed to be, and she got me there! There were others involved in the process and they were just as good. It felt like I was working with family members!

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received and to request a full refund of the remaining balance from my initial payment.

I enrolled in your program with a perfect payment history, which has now been compromised. Furthermore, the onboarding process was not handled as promised; I never received the scheduled welcome call during my first week, nor did the scheduled consultation with a VT lawyer take place. When I called to inquire, I was provided with conflicting information from three different representatives.

Due to these issues, I requested to cancel the service after only four days. While I was told my initial payment would be returned, the refund I received was over one hundred dollars short. I was informed these were service fees, despite only being enrolled for four days and having paid the full minimum requirement.

As a result of this experience, I have lost over a hundred dollars and incurred a late payment on my loan. I am requesting that you waive these fees and refund the remaining amount immediately, as the promised services were never rendered.

I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter.

It was a great experience working with Ariel. Knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He was very patient professionally and made sure I understood everything before proceeding with the next steps. I would recommend Ariel to anyone that would like to work with Secure One.

We just started this whole debt free journey in the last couple weeks, as far as actually starting. We have been talking to a few other companies prior to signing up here. None of those other guys could convince my husband that this may be our next necessary step for our family's best best financial interests. Until we spoke to Mr. James Wyatt that is. He wasn't pushy or insistent, he didn't make us feel like it was our only option. He simply explained it all to us and let it be. He let past reviews from others in our position and the facts speak for themselves. Which, with a husband like mine, is the ONLY way to go. If you make him feel pressured into something, its over with. He didn't make this an overwhelming experience for us. So far, everyone we have interacted with, has been nothing but kind and genuinely helpful. I foresee it continuing this way til we finish the program. But, hey, I have been wrong before and will honestly update my review if any of our feelings change. So thanks to all who have helped us so far!
