They replied to all my questions prior to purchasing a bike ground lock and also advised very clearly on how to fit them.
The quality of the product is great.

Good product. Good service. Courier service web site for tracking was very useful. Good advice on what bikes it will not fit and the video was very good.

I always buy from them.
Any questions you have asked are answered very quickly and thoroughly. They don't sell you anything you don't need. So far I have bought all my security gear from them. Chains, ground anchors and pins! There are only a few security brands in the motorcycle world that people trust and these are the best.
