Again a warning do not trust this company was previously KSM Group and best do your own research on this company. Some interesting reading and you will understand, only after your fees and will continue to demand more money.

Started with with KSM Group as it seemed like a good adviser. Then something happened, KSM Group no longer best do your own research on this company and moved over to Sedley Koschel.

Good for first 6 months but then refused to answer questions or keep appointments and now December 2019 been told that Government has changed rules on SMSF and can't act as my adviser..

When requested this confirmation or letter from government was given a letter that only warns of the new rules and costs for SMSF. Government has NOT changed the rules and after all emails has become clear only after my money in way of receiving fees..

Tried to do audit on SMSF for 2018 and 2019 but would NOT sign because of great gross errors. Has me extremely concerned now on tax audits completed for 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. Would not explain were they got information from or remove to fix up after several attempts via email for them to do so. Kept my personal SMSF folder for more than 3 years, requesting its return several times initially told it was lost but after all this turned up because of all the problems.

WHY WAS IT NOT RETURNED WHEN FIRST REQUESTED ?.

but I would not recommend or trust any of these financial services firms. Now I am left in complete limbo and SMSF has no tax audit
completed for 2018 or 2019, do not know or have any information on what has been done with SMSF.

Just in the last months have lost over $10,000 from SMSF..

Now in the hands on government regulator agency to try and rectified an agreement with this firm or Centrepoint Alliance.
