I had a good experience with SeedFi,and I appreciate very much being able to get a loan, but i would like to see a couple of changes, just a suggestion.1-a lower interest rate.2-being able to get all of the loan money instead of having to put part of the money in savings.

Representative didn't call back
It was fast and the reps were professional. The issue is my husband wanted a loan with savings as well but the system kept throwing him out because we had matching bank accounts! The representatives told him for 2 days they are fixing the glitch but never called him back again! That made me wish I didn't do it either as we wanted to do this together!

Beginning process was fast and simple
Beginning process was fast and simple. But this company is not in line with times. Requires paper bills, paper statements, and doesn’t accept e-statements or bills or screenshots. When they required paper, I called and immediately withdrew my application. Requiring paper, not accepting e-statements given our planet’s fragility is shameful
