Seeds to Sow Avaliações 

I love Seeds to Sow, they are my go-to place for seeds. I love the mini packs, which are plenty for me and means I can get fresh seeds each year. The germination rate has always been excellent. This year I stumbled upon their padron pepper seeds which I'm super excited about.

I used this company for the first time primarily because my usual supplier is getting expensive. I did have a small problem and wrote to them for help. Well let me assure you fellow gardeners you can shop here with complete confidence. My complaint was dealt with quickly, and feel they treated me as an individual. Their customer service is second to none. Brilliant service. Other companies could learn a lot from you. Thank you.

I have only had about 60% success with the seeds I bought from you last month. The peas, French marigolds and salad leaves have germinated and are growing but the aubergine and peppers have totally failed. They were started on the windowsill of a warm kitchen (19deg) and later moved to a conservatory.

Whilst trying to sort out an issue with seeds purchased from this company (some of which didn't grow at all and others that did grow but have very stunted growth and other plants that have come up looking like the seeds have been irradiated as they are not all from the UK even though it is a UK company) they decided instead of being polite and having a conversation with me about it, that they would instead basically call me a liar, patronise me saying it must be my fault and my soil quality and that I don't know what I'm doing (I've never had any issues before, have had great success with other companies seeds and even owned an allotment. We ph test the soil and sterilise it before planting out etc) and then they have the cheek to block my ability to message them via Facebook when they didn't like me letting them know of the unfortunate circumstance, which I think is most unprofessional.
I originally left a good review previously on their Facebook page that they have now blocked me on since I mentioned that I have not had a good experience, which is very disappointing as this is the first time purchasing from their company. At first they seemed professional, but upon having further conversations with them, they actually are rather unprofessional in their approach to responses with any criticism.
I only wished to discuss and try to sort out a solution behind the scenes, but after what they said to me I thought I better had write an online review to hopefully be a warning to those wanting to purchase through this company, as I'm concerned for their customers and future customers that they'll be met with the same defensive attitude and accusations.
I am upset and surprised how quickly the tone of their message changed once I notified of the bad luck I'd had and am so disappointed by how they tried to twist what I said in my messages to try to get the upper hand.

I won't be purchasing from this company again unfortunately which is a shame because I had so much hope in the beginning.

(Edit: I received a message one day from the company after they'd already sent out another replacement pack of Carolina Reaper seeds stating that they had no luck with theirs either so they were refunding and took these off their site, proving that they even stated theirselves their bad seed quality - not 1 seed grew from either pack - they refunded for this 1 pack of seeds despite the bigger ongoing problem being with almost everything they sold us not even germinating. I thanked them at the time. No one at any point threatened a bad review. I actually said I wanted to help by mentioning and notifying them the issues I had to ensure they didn't start getting bad reviews from other customers and they took it the wrong way. They lie like I previously mentioned. I actually left a good review on their Facebook page that they have now blocked me on. Yes I thought the seeds would be successful as some did start to grow, but like I mentioned the longer time went on it was obvious they are stunted and some have obviously been irradiated as they're not UK seeds. As you can see they are actually threatening me by posting my private conversation with the company which again is unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't have had to write this reply if I had continued to have a good experience, which unfortunately was not the case. It was only yesterday that I told them I have a time lapse from the first day of planting out in January and I the only issue is I haven't had time yet to provided this to the email address I was given after they blocked me from their Facebook page, despite thr fact I had never mentioned on there publicly the issues I have had. In fact at the first stages I posted a good review and images praising the company so their other customers could see the progress and buy from them too, until more time went on and I realised that unfortunately that wasn't the case any more so I contacted just to let them know. I did not at any point request another refund, I just wanted to ask what could be done about the situation as obviously anyone would be very disappointed to spend money on things that don't even start to grow. Also, I was at work when messaging so they cannot expect me to provide there and then. They expected it immediately when I didn't have the evidence on me at the time. I was only letting them know so they can put their minds at ease that I'm not lying at any point as I do in fact have the videos to show them. I wouldn't have mentioned I do if I don't, that would have been pointless. Just because I can't send you it there and then because I was at work when I messaged doesn't mean I'm a liar like they have accused me of being. Again, I'd avoid this company and wouldn't use them again. Very upsetting and disappointing for a customer to be treated with so little respect at the slightest mention of any issues.)

resonable priced ,seeds,, quickly deliverd to me ,just as i wanted ,i will definately ,use them again

Took a little time to arrive but a great idea not to have hundreds of some seeds you really don’t need! Clearly packaged with growing instructions which is always useful to check!

Well done,Seeds to Sow. Much easier to buy what you need instead of wasting two thirds of a packet each time.

Great quality, well packaged and excellent value. Seedlings propagated well. Will certainly be ordering more!

Great use of less seeds for a lesser price, love the 10 tomatoes seed approach!
One negative, one of the packets of tomato seeds had no seeds in them, but for 55p not a issue

Fantastic range of seeds in the right size packets for smaller veg plots.

I ordered the allotment seed box and the gin garnish seed box for my cousins birthday. From start to finish the whole experience was pro active professional and courteous. I emailed with a couple of queries and the replies were prompt. Jo was so helpful. My cousin was chuffed and amazed with the seed boxes. Jenny can't wait to get out into her garden. Have had seeds from you in the past and have always had success with them so am expecting the same quality as I have had in the past , will be getting some seed sowing over the next couple of weeks
